Vacation rentals with lake access in Century City

We had a very comfortable stay at The Old Boat House. We arrived exhausted from a long flight and received a warm welcome from the owners - Helen and John. Helen had left a starter pack of eggs, bread, cheese, milk etc which was a lovely gesture. Lots of other little touches, that made our stay really comfortable. Helen really has thought of everything a traveller would need for a relaxing stay. The garden is private and tranquil with lovely views across the lake. Full of flowers and greenery, a beautiful place for morning coffee and for relaxing during day and evening. We sat for hours watching the wild life and the many birds that visit the garden. We will definitely return in the future.

The House on the Lake is a beautiful, peaceful getaway. Perfect place to take it slow, unwind and recharge the soul. Alex has gone the extra mile to have everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend House on the Lake to anyone!

My stay at Arnolds Airbnb was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, clean, and exactly as described in the listing.Arnold was an excellent communicator. He responded quickly to all my questions and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. His friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.The property was spotless upon arrival. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was clean, and all common areas were well-maintained. Derek house is in a perfect location if you want to visit Cape Town, enjoy the beach and run/walk around. The house is exactly as described by Derek, very comfortable, clean and exactly in the center of sea point area. We will recommend to anyone will come to Cape Town for a vacation. Last but not least, the communication with Derek was very quick and easy.

It exceeded our expectations in every way, with beautiful decor and a delightful energy that made it a pleasure to return to each day. What a wonderful experience! The perfect home away from home. Modern, but cozy. The pictures don't do it justice, it looks better in person. Also, the check-in was super easy since our flight was late, we managed to check-in on our own after midnight. Finally, the neighborhood is peaceful and we felt very safe. 100/10!

Katja as a host is amazing. Good communication, clear instructions and she has a very nice and helpful house manager Grace. They allowed us to do early check in /bag drop with my family. Met us in person. The space is way more beautiful, the pictures do not show case it enough. Has all the supplies you can need. It feels a homie and warm. For us who like pictures, that balcony has such a beautiful lightening and view!

We had a wonderful two night stay at Adri’s place. The location was beautiful and the space suited to a group travelling together. The kids loved having access to the club pools for swims. We did have difficulty checking in and locating the place as it was listed as Val de Vie but was on Pearly Valley Golf Estate. The estate has complex check in procedures for security but once you have gone through this then it becomes easier. Adri was always very responsive and assisted us when needed. The only thing that would make this place better is that the kitchen could be better stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the most charming places I’ve visited. Wonderful garden, pool, flowers, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and carrying hosts. Each afternoon I had a little visitor - dachshund dog jumped on my lap friendly wagging its tail :)

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was in a lovely safe neighborhood with coffee and breakfast facilities close by. Also it was really close to a beautiful quiet beach. The house was modern, cosy and clean. It had everything you could ask for. The only minor things were that the neighbors have a direct view on the garden and swimming pool so it’s not the most private. And that they were rebuilding a house next door, which came with some noise. Other than that it was really nice!

Gull's nest is a lovely spot. Bass lake is an amazing place for a swim with lovely views and an expanse of open water. Unexpected and a definite favorite from our visit.

Mark went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, always responsive, always accommodating. Absolute pleasure, my new favourite place to stay in Cape Town.

A Perfect Getaway in Stellenbosch We had the most wonderful stay at Mariska’s place in Stellenbosch. From start to finish, it was a truly peaceful and perfect experience. The setting is absolutely magical — waking up to a breathtaking view of Table Mountain felt like a dream. Mariska was a warm and thoughtful host, and everything was just as described (if not better!). The space was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It felt like a slice of paradise tucked away in the winelands. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the area. We’ll definitely be back!
