I highly recommend staying at Jose's apartment. It is very spacious and located in the heart of a shopping plaza. Our stay was very comfortable.

Eine super Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war supersauber. Am Abend gab es eine spontane Einladung. Die Gäste (aus der ganzen Welt) lernten sich ganz zwanglos kennen. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

I always enjoy staying in this building. Before, the rooms had better views than this particular room. But, hey, you don’t go to Madrid to sit in your room! Location is everything here! Easy access!

My partner and I stayed with Agustín for us to run in Madrid half Marathon. What a fantastic experience we had. Agustín was friendly and helpful from the start. The room we stayed in was exactly as stated. Agustín’s apartment was spotless and he made us feel very welcome. The metro is right on the doorstep which made travelling around Madrid easy. Agustín even went the extra mile and allowed us to use his facilities once we had checked out. I can’t thank you enough. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

Great hotel with a lot to do in the area! Everything was walking distance. It truly is central. Staff were great and the room was gorgeous I was on the 6th floor with a nice view. The rooftop was so cool and the pool was connected to the bar. The room was a bit dusty which messed with my allergies but other than that I truly truly enjoyed my stay and will be back asap!

Mercedes is a treasure and her home is beautiful. The room in which I stayed was cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring the city. There are dressers and a closet in which you can unpack if you wish. The private bathroom was extremely clean and made me feel very comfortable. Conveniently, there are many shops and restaurants that surround the apartment. I would HIGHLY recommend to stay here if you are thinking of doing so. Mercedes is THE BEST!!!!

Many thanks to Jose Sr and Jr for the nice stay in Madrid. They were very helpful in resolving some problem with my phone. The apartment is very nice and located really near all of Madrid tourists attractions. Hoping to return in the future!

David was a wonderful host, he gave us lots of helpful information and he provided us with an amazing room. we were going for a concert so we wanted a place that was calm so we could rest afterwards, and we were provided that. David also gave us important information about the local places and explained to us how to use public transportation to get back home. would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is full of art and beauty, and every item is just right. The house is much more stunning than the photos. It is a very healing space, and the body and mind are greatly relaxed. Really comfortable, highly recommended!

This was a great option when I had to book something last minute and they were very accommodating when I both extended my stay and had a late check out.
