Family-friendly vacation rentals in Centro

We really enjoyed staying at Judith's apartment in La Moraleja, it was a very pleasant stay in a great location.

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

My stay was AMAZING. The loft apartment is even more stunning in person than in pictures. The terrace is amazing & the bathroom is brand new. I stayed for a month and the apartment is great equipped. Plenty of sheets, towels, and closet space. The wifi was also great. The location is extremely convenient. Everywhere was walkable and extremely safe. It’s right by a lot of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this spot to anyone! The host, Marga, is very responsive and kind. One of the best airbnbs I ever stayed at.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The stay in Isabel's apartment has been great. The treatment towards us from the reservation always so kind, close, nice. Upon arrival we find a dish with fruit , chocolate, tea box, milk and pasta. The apartment is nice, quiet, with very comfortable beds. The small terrace expands the living room and , being a ninth floor, the feeling is very good. I recommend this apartment, to which we will definitely return.

We would certainly recommend this place for everyone with big families. An amazing place with ample space in each room. And the host was proactive in giving us recommendations.

Joanna and her local team (also Joanna) were always super responsive. She accommodated our need to check in early to drop off luggage so we could catch a train to Valladolid. It took a long time for baggage claim at the airport so we ran behind schedule, but local Joanna was patient and kept in touch and helped get us situated. The accommodations itself was quite fine, lots of storage and nice deck. There is a very popular club right next to the apt bldg so it got a little noisy for the folks using the living room sofa bed as people congregate on the street until the wee hours of the morning.

Apartment with a 10 for value for money. Communication with Laura is perfect. The area is in a great location as there is a metro stop, supermarkets, shops, etc. nearby.

Great location, great apartment, great host who is quick to respond and provides a wealth of information on the local area.

Of course if I go back to Madrid I would stay at this site again. It is as if some friends have left you their house, it has absolutely everything, the apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, the hosts have been very helpful and friendly. All I have to do is thank you and congratulate you .

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

Eva the daughter is José María, very kind and with a gift of service, everything excellent in our stay, my family and I thank you with everything, we felt right at home, we will return without thinking

We enjoyed our stay in La Calandria Villa. Everything was as described on internet site. Place is very spacious,clean and silent. Host was very responsive and helped a lot.

Perfect location, quiet area and with bus nº 20 in front of the door and a nearby metro stop. We had already been there 2 years ago and we liked it so much that this time we repeated. Good development, Friendly host, pending and unabashed. Very clean and well equipped apartment. The access and departure, arriving by car to the M30, superfacil. Totally recommendable.

I don't give it more stars because it's impossible but the absolute 10. The apartment could say a 9.5 since it could use a renovation to certain things but super well located, quiet, comfortable... I will try to stay there every time I go. Host not a 10, it's an 11. Always pending, willing to help. I use this service biweekly in madrid and for me it has been a top 3 certainly. Want to repeat

Very clean apartment, with all kinds of accessories to facilitate the stay and make it very comfortable, a host not only friendly but also very attentive and solicitous. It made the stay very much easier for us. The apartment is very well located. Just be cautious with which car you travel because it is a low-emission area. Let's repeat.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight before/after train rides from Chamartin. Clean, well equipped, nice views, easy access from train station. Very helpful, friendly, communicative host. Would stay again!

The apartment is very well located, close to the metro, supermarkets, restaurants, shops. Well equipped kitchen, heating accounted for the cold of January. We like it very much.

It was my first Airbnb experience and the truth that surprised us for good. I traveled with my wife and daughter and the truth is that we loved the service received and the proximity it showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also a quiet area and close to the metro to go to the center (about 10 minutes walking). It is ideal for families with children since there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We'll definitely repeat if it's available the next time we go.

We had a wonderful time staying at Vanessa and Rebecca's place in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was perfectly situated in a vibrant neighbourhood within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit with lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes all around. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessary amenities and more with a nice view of the streets of Madrid below. Although we didn't meet Vanessa and Rebecca, they were very responsive with any questions I had and made our visit a very pleasant one. A really great place to stay if you're visiting Madrid. Would love to come back one day!
