This is a gem of an Airbnb. Located just one road over plaza Baja,it is so close to everything. Restaurants/bars in La Latina area, Mercado, metro and major tourist spots (plaza mayor, plaza espana, gran via). The apartment itself is very clean, newly renovated either modern amenities like complete kitchen, full shower and heating/cooling. Miyas is such a gracious host. Great flexibility and clear communication.

Great location. A reasonable walk to all the main tourist destinations yet the area especially Malpenas still felt very Spanish. Lots of interesting bars etc.The road itself is a pedestrianised smart shopping street but a minutes away are lots of interesting vibrant cafes etc. The apartment is very clean and comfortable.

Vår lille familie bodde i Juliana’s leilighet i fem fantastiske uker. Vi hadde med vår ni måneder gamle sønn, og hadde det kjempefint. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte og lå i gangavstand til alt. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for å oppleve hele Madrid. Juliana og Pablo var svært hjelpsomme og svarte umiddelbart dersom det skulle være noe. Anbefales!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und haben jederzeit eine Person gehabt, die bei jeglichen Fragen zur Verfügung stand. ☺️ Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen und in der Gegend gab es viele tolle Lokale! Alles in allem haben wir keinerlei Dinge missen müssen und würden immer wieder die Unterkunft mieten wollen! 🌞

Buena ubicación entre dos líneas de metro, a solo 7 minutos andando, cerca de la estación de Chamartín y con buena conexión al centro. También hay un Carrefour cerca. La zona es tranquila. El piso es sencillo, pero tiene todo lo necesario. El anfitrión ha realizado algunos cambios visuales en el apartamento, nos avisó con antelación, pero aún así sería recomendable actualizar las fotos, ya que aunque no hay una gran diferencia ni afecta al confort, es algo que los futuros huéspedes deberían saber. El check-in es cómodo, sin necesidad de encontrarse con el anfitrión, y él responde rápidamente a los mensajes.

Our stay here was great! The location is very walkable and has lots of good food near by. Whenever we needed something the hosts were able to help quickly. Check in and check out were very easy. The place was great and very quiet despite being near a busy street. One thing to keep in mind is that if you call an uber you need to walk around the corner towards Zara for an easier pick up! We loved staying here.
