Luxury rentals in Centre-Val de Loire

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

Our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The stylish, modern artist vibes resonated with us, adding a unique touch to our stay. Noah, the management representative, was outstanding - always reachable and quick to respond to any concerns we had. 5 stars all the way!

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Paris, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The location was truly excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access key attractions. The apartment itself was in superb condition, clearly well-maintained, and the amenities provided added to our comfort during the stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and exactly as agreed upon, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. As a minor observation, the building was undergoing renovations, which impacted the visual appeal of the entrance and caused some noise starting around 8:30-9:00 AM. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the apartment or the professionalism of the host. We would certainly choose to stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Paris. The apartment was absolutely wonderful and the location can not be better. The only problem could be for elderly people and fanilies with small kids thatbthe elevator does not go to 1st floor and your have to take the stairs.. all lander team was wonderful and helpful
