We found this apartment to be really nice and cozy, and exceptionally clean. It was thoughtfully stocked and we loved the simplicity of the space. We found it a very convenient location for forays into Montreal via the metro. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

everything was as expected and more. the apartment is nice and cozy. the bathroom is always an important aspect for me since I'm big on hygiene and it was as clean and tidy as expected. there were washers and dryers available for those needing to use them so that's always handy. the pantry had the basics to cook a meal which is always a huge help. all in all I'd definitely consider this place again if I have to make another trip to Montreal!

Great location with lots to do within walking distance, lots more a short Huber or subway ride away. Robert was very attentive with quick responses to a couple of requests we had. The condo is immaculate, but a little sparse on furnishings. For example, if you will spend any amount of time in the condo there is currently only a bed and a small table with 2 chairs. It does have a full laundry, cooking area and plenty of refrigerator space. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fabulous stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was pristine, the beds were ultra comfortable, the quality bedding, the decor and the lighting were very pleasant. The indoor parking space was much appreciated. We had a good time with the family and felt right at home. Elise is an exceptional host, visibly very experienced, who communicates easily and remains on the lookout throughout the stay. The instructions were clear and very useful. We will definitely go back to Elise's place during our next stay in Quebec City!

Beautiful condo in Quebec City's branch district at market distance several very popular bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay over New Year's Eve at Mathieu's spacious Quebec City apartment. Loved all the windows in the living room and kitchen. Kids loved the bathtub. Great location, not too loud, close to restaurants and shops in St. Roch. Parking in garage and small gym in building a big plus.

Perfect for a long weekend: the apartment is super well located and we enjoyed the parking in the basement. Sufficient for 4 adults, the apartment is super well equipped.

We loved our stay. The condo was just what we needed. Indoor parking was awesome. Location was fabulous as we were able to get to the locations we wished to visit with no trouble. We look forward to returning when we can.

This place had everything we needed , literally there were 10 people. Very clean, renovated kitchen. Comfortable living room with a fireplace. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Three very clean bathrooms. There was everything you need and a lot more in the kitchen. The SPA was very nice and very clean; in addition, fangs and bathrooms were provided to get there. Very large cottage. We couldn't have better, because this cottage was very very equipped. Overall, everything was up to our expectations.

A very quite place and really flexible where most of places are nearby. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Hand down the best place I had been to. Highly recommended.

The stay here was absolutely lovely! The house is so spacious and so clean! Everything is well stocked, and the neighborhood was peaceful and close enough drive to Quebec City and islands and towns in the mountains. We especially loved having the air conditioning as it got warm a few days! Also, the pool table was fun to have!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The apartment was very clean, the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated, made us feel at home and location was perfect for exploring the city. Ryan and Saif were incredibly responsive to my messages, even late at night and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Montreal and we would be looking to stay at this place again in the near future.

What a great place to stay in. Very warm in the winter, spacious bedrooms, close to everything and parking is a plus! Adding this listing to places I will be revisiting.
