The environment really exceeded our expectations. We were very well received and also very well cared for. And when we requested a repair, the same thing happened the next day. No words to thank. The accommodation is very good and the hotel is very good. Accommodation with efficient room service, linen and towels are available. The hotel's breakfast can be contracted separately and we love each other, super complete. The leisure area of the hotel is also very good and has a restaurant and bar in the pool. One of the best accommodations we've ever had in new broads.

We like absolutely everything from lodging, leisure, location, staff, water park, super clean swimming pools, we came with little fear due to Google reviews, but it was surprising, from the beginning of the trip to the end, we have no criticism, only praise. We'll definitely be back again.

The accommodation was very clean, the check-in was easy and it was possible to leave the luggage at the gatehouse before the entrance time, in addition to the location that is quite different - very close to the main sights and with a mall in front.

We stayed a week in the apartment, and I was surprised by a kitchen with all the utensils, more than they had announced. Good place, good pools, children's playground..many trees, the sound of the macaws brought us peace.. Anyway..we love the place place.

Location top! Clean and quiet place. Everything smells! Close to everything, as it is right in the center. I didn't have to use the car for anything. This was the second time I stayed in the same hotel and same room. I will come back more times. The host is very friendly and polite, responds quickly. It is well worth it.

The apartment is very well arranged, very clean and organized, the condominium was what most won over the whole family, the outdoor pools are very well air-conditioned, the heated pool is delicious, it has a nice toy library, a field for playing ball. What was lacking was the restaurants inside, the poorly educated owner, the very poorly organized pool, otherwise everything is a 10.
