This Airbnb was really nice. The place was really clean and the bed was great! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels/ bnb’s but this one I did. There’s a lot of nice things in the surrounding area but do keep in mind it’s a 15-20 drive from Denver. Maria was informative and clear on their instructions. 10/10 Airbnb experience. Would stay again!

Unfortunately was in town for a family member in the hospital. Alicia's place was perfect for our stay. Just as described and easy to find. We even needed to add a few days to our stay and Alicia was very flexible; for that we are grateful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was strong, water pressure was great in shower, and being able to set the heat to the temperature I wanted was a plus. The area was very walkable with a grocery store, coffee shop, lots of restaurants, and a huge park nearby. Highly recommended Airbnb!

very nice, clean and well equipped apartment like unit. Very close to everything from Denver to Boulder and Red Rocks. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Will stay here again when the time comes to head back to Colorado!

Tama was a great host who communicated promptly and and in helpful detail. The apartment is a bargain, accessible to public transportation and with good parking. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay with Jess & Will! They were proactive with communication in how to get into the space, and it was exactly as described. The location was great, and safely walk-able to a few restaurants and shops. They were very respectful of the quiet hours which was excellent as the space is located in the basement of an older home and as with most basements you can hear overhead steps.

Had a great and comfortable stay, we enjoyed having our own entrance so we could come in and out any time of the day freely without bothering them. She also left us complimentary waters so we could stay hydrated due to the altitude in Colorado. Everything was very clean and they left extra toilet paper and trash bags and towels in case we needed them. What else could we have asked for? She was also very sweet and the whole family kept to themselves to offer you that extra private experience and the host was very responsive through the app making sure we didn’t need anything and that we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend.

A great place in a fun neighborhood. Walkable to lots of restaurants and close to a park. Host is friendly and responsive and the place is very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. My dog enjoyed her walks, especially to the north, along the park. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The airbnb was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable, matched the description and photos. The hot tub and sauna are incredible. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for what we needed and was super close to RiNo/downtown Denver, so the location was great. It was clean, a great size for two people, and had comfortable furniture to relax on. One thing to note is that the stairs/entrance to the apartment are very steep and a bit precarious, so not the most accessible if that's something you need!

This is a really cool spot. Has some nice touches such as a high end sound system and a private backyard w/ grill. Having the private entrance and parking from alleyway was very convenient. Lastly it is in a great part of Denver, near many great restaurants, botanic gardens, Denver zoo, etc. In general I just like south Denver so this Airbnb is in a perfect spot if you’re in town. Quick access to I-25 if you need to get west/etc.

Sharon and JD’s place was a lovely place to land during our short stay in Denver. The immediate neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe to walk in as a woman. Public transportation was pretty easily accessible, as were attractions like the Rino neighborhood, the Denver zoo, and the Nature and Sciences museum. Wonderfully cozy, spacious, and clean Airbnb! Looked even better in person (the lighting in the pictures doesn’t do it justice), and I would 100% stay there again. Sharon even left a booklet of her personal recommendations of how to spend our time as well as a basket of snacks and refreshments to really welcome us to her home!

A good place to stay. Very suburban neighborhood with not much around except for a couple of decent hiking trails. Everything else was excellent.

My stay was cozy. I stayed with two children under ages two, and I appreciated the fact that my kids were able to play with the toys that were already available. The space was very kid-friendly.

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

We absolutely loved staying at this place. From the start, the hosts were very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to all our questions, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The space is exactly as shown in the photos: well-organized, clean, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay extra special. We were amazed by how peaceful and quiet it was, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The location is also excellent—close to several local attractions, yet private and serene at the same time. Additionally, all the furniture was very comfortable, which made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay. My second visit to Joel's place which shows how great it is. Joel was really easy to contact and responded very quickly. It is exactly as described and pictured; a lovely clean quiet place to stay. Everything was perfect.

I loved this beautiful home. It was the best vacation I’ve had in months. I would recommend for anyone that is staying here. It is a very convenient place to stay at. Never really was bothered. Yes you can hear them upstairs walking but it’s like any ordinary apartment that you stay at so they were quiet and they weren’t too loud and same with us. We didn’t keep it too loud because we would like to keep the same respect.
