A lovely 3 bedroom farm flat with double glassing windows and new carpet situated in an organic garden. This guest house is joined to the main house with its own kitchen, bath, toilet and laundry. This flat is in a natural reserve area and you will wake up in the singing of birds. It is about 6 Km from Otago University. You have to drive up the valley and about 500m unsealed road to reach this tranquil paradise and enjoy a relaxing, peaceful holiday in our farm.

Thank you Jeanette and Bruce for a lovely hosted stay. It was so nice to have local hosts who were friendly, welcoming and went the extra step to make sure I had a great stay. Both were always smiling, and happy to have a chat, show me around their private property, offer recommendations and the nice touches with some things for breakfast showed they value their guests and want them to have a lovely experience. Jeanette was also so kind to offer her clothes airer for my washing and then when I was out for the day she placed them in front of the fire to dry and folded them for me. I was so grateful for their hospitality and felt like it was a home away from home. My next stop was a hotel after there autumn wonderland and I already felt the difference from their local charm and hospitality. I would 100% recommend

Cute place, definitely appreciated the individual ac units in the bedrooms- helped me get a good night sleep. Very peaceful place 20 minutes north of the Dunedin city. There were some breakfast items available like bread and English muffins and jam, and eggs for purchase if you have cash. I liked staying there.

This house is really the best, most beautiful, and most inspiring house I've ever lived in so many countries. Since we arrived at night, when we drove up the hill from the door, the headlights would shine on the rabbit by the road, and the rabbit would start running, and it would also shine on a large group of mushrooms, really like breaking into a fairytale world. When we arrived at the house, Rosie was very friendly and welcoming, and introduced us to the various facilities of the house, making us feel very warm as soon as we arrived. We are🥰 also very grateful for Rosie's handmade cookies and fruit jam, we all love it ~ (We use the fruit jam to match the white wine provided by Rosie, so enjoyable😀) The scenery in the morning was even more beautiful, especially the river on the left side of the house with the morning sun. Besides, the sheep next door really sees him every day ~ we love watching him😊 The scenery at this B&B is even more beautiful than the attractions outside, I just want to stay at home! Anyway, thank you very much for Rosie and Miles' house and warmth, which made our last stay in Nandima perfect =) This is definitely the place I'll be staying again when I come to Minami Island!!!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect. The location is great if you want a little more privacy and peace, but not too far that you feel cut off from the busier towns. The home was clean and inviting, the breakfast foods provided were a lovely touch and getting to see the animals was also great. Nicola was an incredible host, even offering to help us get items back that we foolishly left behind! My partner and I would highly recommend staying here and if we are ever back in this part of the world, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Not a bad word to say. Just wonderful.

This was a great base for us as we were staying in the area for visiting Milford Sound. Susan did a wonderful job communicating with us and even turned the heaters on before we arrived. The cottage had everything we needed. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!
