Loft vacation rentals in Central New York

My stay at Studio C confirms to me that I feel truly at peace when I am surrounded by nature, good design, exceptional art and active artists. John and Caroline are such gracious hosts. I felt energized - creatively and spiritually - by their presence and their property. Studio C is a unique place and experience. I plan to return.

We enjoyed the school house charm and vibe in the apartment. Brought back lots of childhood memories . The beds were comfortable and the livingroom space was welcoming and spacious. This was a terrific place for a getaway while attending a family wedding.

Such a unique stay! The school was easy to get into and find our classroom (even though we arrived late at night), and we loved falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of crickets. It was exactly like the description, with everything we needed (including coffee creamer, which was a really nice touch!). The beds were comfy, we could not hear the other classroom renters, and everything was clean. It is a quick 10 min walk into the little town, and PECish bakery was divine. It was also nice and close to Sandbanks Provincial Park, with a beautiful 15min drive through the country side. Everyone loved the giant chalkboard! We would definitely stay here again.

Cindy was very friendly and even had cookies waiting for us! We would definitely book again when in the area!

Woke up to a buck sunbathing comfortably right outside the sliding door. Lisa's place is a 5-min drive to Mill Hill Rd /Tinker St, and to Levon Helm studios. Fully equipped, spacious, most generous host ever - couldn't eat all the breakfast foods, fruit and snacks laid out, even after 3 days. Thank you Lisa .

Always a pleasure to stay here. We love to stay here during our annual salmon fishing trip . The view right on the salmon river is gorgeous, and step right outside for food or drink. Right in the center of it all! Highly recommend this spot!

Jesse and Alysa's place was just what we needed for our stay in Prince Edward County. Great location between Picton and Sandbanks. Room was clean from the bathroom to the kitchen. Room was quiet from outside noise, including no noise from other rooms in the converted school. Jesse and Alysa were very responsive with any questions we asked.

Our group absolutely loved staying here! The location can’t be beat and the openness of the space was perfect for our group. The 26 steps up to the loft gave us a good welcomed workout each time we came in. We had everything we needed for our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Rick & Cindy’s place was wonderful - they were incredibly helpful with our check-in process, and the place was comfortable and clean. We loved playing shuffleboard! And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make some home-cooked meals after a long day. I would highly recommend staying here!

Kathie’s place was perfect for our needs for a weekend wine tour bachelorette party. It is in a great location to be able to walk around down town Walkins Glen.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities we needed (and more)! The location is perfect as it’s in the center of Bloomfield, right beside all the cute boutiques, and 10 minute drive to Picton and Sandbanks! The host was very responsive and when we asked if we could check in early as we had arrived ahead of time, quickly responded to let us know the place was ready for us! Would absolutely recommend!

Gloria is a wonderful host, very responsive, and accommodating. After we arrived we requested if an iron could be provided and Gloria went out, bought and delivered a new one the next day. The location of the property is perfect in having many great restaurants right next door. There is on-site free laundry machines in the basement. There is parking behind the house which is very convenient but it can get a bit crowded when all of the apartments in the house are rented at the same time. Also at one point we heard an animal between the walls scratching and running around. The apartment is very spacious and clean, but could use some minor maintenance (window, sink, etc.) Overall a wonderful place in a great location from a terrific host. Highly recommend!!!

Great location and fun loft-style place to stay! Theresa was very communicative and helpful. The floors are quite creaky so if you’re a light sleeper and others are walking around, bring earplugs!

What a well-decorated space; Lisa has thought of everything. While we did not use the kitchen, it seems to have everything you need for a longer stay. The in-house laundry could be quite useful as well. Watkins Glen is quiet in the off-season, but Lisa recommended many good hikes & restaurants. Would rent here again, for sure.
