Perfect place for two. Although it’s a guest house, it feels completely private and very comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to groceries 2 minutes down the road, and loved how clean it was when we arrived! Well worth the money if you’re looking for a calm and stress free trip to Cali!

Homey, clean, organized, and calm. The yard is gorgeous. James communicated clearly and was there in the front house ready to help! Just don't go in too fast by thr alley entrance or you'll scrape the bottom of your car. 🤣 Also, I'm not sure the garage fits big cars; our Tesla model 3 barely fit.

Patrick was a lovely host! The place was great and homey, it was a little bit tight for 4 people but Patrick was very clear about that from the beginning and it was not an issue at all. He was very accommodating with our check in and out, we would happily stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay for a night or five! Dog friendly, clean, responded quickly to questions, everything I needed was there. Thank you Barry and Van-Martin!

What a magical retreat! So peaceful and serene. 30 mins outside of LA but feels like you’re in another state!

This was a great secluded rental within walking distance to the beach, little shops and restaurants. Kristina was very proactive in response to any needs we had.

Five stars - There was a scheduling mix up over the holiday weekend with the cleaning service before we arrived but our host, Rachel, quickly came over with cleaning supplies in hand and took care of it all, making it really nice & clean for our weekend stay.

Possibly the best place I’ve ever booked. Gordon greeted us upon arrival, and was very helpful with local recommendations and making sure we felt at home during our stay. The place itself was small, but intimate and had everything we needed to appreciate the inside and outdoors. There was plenty of light and hot water in the cabin itself, and the outside of it holds warm outdoor lights in case you’re not too fond of complete darkness. Overall, I’m definitely coming here again.

I love visiting Los Angeles, and staying at Avery's home was a good experience and a way to get to know the city from a new side. The place is located at a reasonable distance, suitable for driving, near many of the city's famous places, restaurants, and shops, so it was easy to drive everywhere and return to rest in a quiet, friendly corner. I appreciate Avery's friendly hospitality and clear instructions about all the details related to staying.

I had a great time at Nathalie’s airbnb, she is truly an awesome host. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable. Had all the amenities, I realized I overpacked when I got there lol. I recommend 10/10

Loved my stay here! This small studio is perfect for a little get away. Very clean & cozy. The heated pool was amazing, especially after a long day out. Perfect to unwind and relax. Lots of food options around and shops. The host was very helpful & Ziggy was adorable! Will be returning again in the future.

Absolutely stunning location and Alina was amazing and so helpful! Never really thought of LA as being the most scenic place but this location was incredible and a good location to get around from.

I loved this place. I have been traveling a lot to California for business and usually staying in Hotels. This place is such a better alternative to a hotel room. It's quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice, and it definitely seems like a safe place to take a walk. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay and would go back! The location was great for us (close to VDL, Griffith Observatory, Hollyhock house, in addition to lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurants by car) and the place was very clean. As a germaphobe, I appreciated having a brand new sponge in the kitchen.

Nichola’s property is lovely- very comfortable and attractive. having a little completely private backyard was heavenly.:).. Once I understood how to use the app for entry & exit everything g was smooth & easy. Highland Park is a fun neighborhood- Nichols had a great notebook prepared with all the hot spots!.. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Silvia’s Airbnb and it was fabulous! It was very clean, sanitary and well stocked! There are a bunch of restaurants and things to do nearby. I was a little worried about the street parking but we had no issues. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! We felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The cottage was a perfect home away from home. It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and private. The parking was very easy and the area is very quiet and safe. Elena was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to L.A.

Love our short stay! The place had everything we needed. We forgot a few items and it was so nice they had them so we didn't have to go out to get it. The place was decorated so nice and we felt so relaxed here. I also love the detail of everything and the owners thought everything. We loved being by so close to everything. Would love to stay again in the future and explore more of the area!

Had a great stay here for a business trip!

Polinas studio is absolutely lovely. The back patio area is very relaxing with lots of tree coverage making it private. The space is very cute, comfortable and has everything you need. I used to live in the area but now I just visit so I knew what To expect with the area and I did feel really safe as a single female traveler staying there. I will definitely look to book again the next time I go to California.

Last minute booking for this beautiful Oasis. Definitely felt relax and safe. The yard and Spa was amazing!!The room and service was above and beyond our expectation. Also, Rene/ Thomas responded immediately to any questions we had. Not to mention, had a binder full of things to do and restaurants to visit while there. Will book again. ♥️

Stacee was kind and responsive. My fiance and I enjoyed the nice AC and sound machine in the studio. The cabinets were nice and clean, full of complimentary snacks and food, the fridge was stocked with plenty of drinking water, and there were clean dishes to use readily available. The area is pleasant, the local peacocks are the only noisy thing I found about the whole neighborhood, and even they were not too noisy at all. The views of the hills is gorgeous even just from the driveway. The drive along nearby box canyon provides wonderful sights to see along the way over to nearby Simi Valley. The residents of the main building on the property were kind and friendly. The complimentary items were a lifesaver, I cut my foot at the beach while out and was able to clean it at the airbnb and apply treatment to it with the items available in the cabinet. Checkout was easy. The entire stay was pleasant and I would be more than happy to choose to stay at Stacee's Airbnb again.

The home was just as described! We had no reason to contact the host because all the directions and access as exactly as listed. We walked the neighborhood and it was quiet and nice. We also walked further into the business area the book store great! The coffee co on the corner AMAZING! We picked up a few items from Trader Joe’s to cook and all the cookware in the home was perfect. As all other reviews state the bed and pillows OMG, Chefs kiss! My only wish is there was smoking outside. Great overall stay and will recommend this home! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.
