Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Central Kootenay

Great, spacious spot in a pristine location at panorama. Slept 8 very comfortably. Easy ski in / ski out or just to walk to the pools or base of the mountain. The only downside is that there is only room for one truck/ large SUV or two small vehicles in the driveway. Any other vehicles (which are likely if you have 8 people) will have to park all the way at the bottom of the resort in the day use lot (at no cost at least!).

We had an excellent stay! The house was beautiful with amazing views of Red Mountain. The location was ideal and we enjoyed a great meal right across the street at Donnie’s Bistro.

Great spot, easy walk to the slopes. They have thought of a lot of details. There is a lock to lock up your skis, a great mudroom to store and dry your gear, even a boot heater. The one downside is there were almost no throw blankets. Hard to curl up next to a fire without blankets. It was -16 while we were there so a little chili even in the cabin.

Jamie's place was exactly as listed, easy to find, and clean. That last part is key because as someone who travels with a dog, I know that's not always easy! Really appreciate that he paid so much attention to that. Jamie lives above and was very quiet. Most importantly, Red Mountain was only 15 minutes or so away! Only downside was there's a factory in Trail so if you have asthma, may not be the place for you, but the price really can't be beat to be that close to Red. Thank you, Jamie!

Our stay at the Konayuki house was excellent! The house was beautiful and just like the listing. We took a quick walk to the base each morning and we skied to the road at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing place to stay with family. Close to resort and 5 min drive to groceries and restaurants. We enjoy each minute of our stay in this place. Recommend to everyone and we will be back 100%

Jennifer's place was perfect for 2 families of 4, spacious place to stay with lots to do in the community. We had meals plans for each day of our stay and their kitchen had everything plus more. Lots of activities like boardgames at the Airbnb that kept the kids busy then outside to hang in the hot tub and watch golfers finish up in the 9th hole. Thanks Jennifer for being a great host. we will be back next year to make this our annual getaway.

The Red Mountain ski-in ski-out home was fabulous, the convenience unrivaled. Everything in the home was as described and all our wants and needs were satisfied. The owner, Scott, was very pleasant, unobtrusively available and among the most gracious AirBnb hosts I have encountered. From the welcoming bottle of wine to dropping off a freshly baked baguette, Scott and his home were outstanding. Should we find ourselves at Red Mountain in the future we will certainly try to stay at his home again.

Bryce’s place was fabulous, we’ll definitely be back! Location couldn’t be beat as we could ski home for lunch or quick breaks. It’s also located right next to the pools and hot tubs which was convenient for our kids. The unit itself was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen with nearly everything you could need. Lots of dishes, appliances, etc. Only recommendation would be to bring your own paper towel, tin foil, Saran Wrap and parchment if you think you’ll need it. Aside from that, it was one of the best kitchens I’ve had in an Airbnb! The mudroom/downstairs living area was awesome for all of our ski gear, complete with boot dryer! That space itself was worth its weight it gold. The unit was very nice for 8 people….lots of room. We didn’t feel crowded at all. Thanks so much for the stay Bryce, we also appreciated your always prompt replies to any questions we had. You were a great host!

Our group stayed here for 4 nights for a ski trip. We had never stayed on site at Panorama before and this was definitely a great experience. with access to fantastic hot tubs and mere steps away from the chairlifts it's definitely worth it. The space was well laid out and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of a hiccup on checking in with the entry code and key cards, but the hosts were responsive and friendly and we were able to come to a quick resolution with their help. Would recommend!

The condo was very comfortable for our group of three couples. The location was great for skiing, with just a short walk to the lifts. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. We enjoyed the hot tub. Missy was an excellent communicator. We hope to stay here again someday!

We really enjoyed the stay and found the location ideal being high up above town and within feet of the amazing 48K Northern Rails Trail which made daily walks a real treat! Accommodations were comfortable, clean and amenities were plenty. Being a shared residence, there was some occasional noise from above but that in no way affected our wonderful stay. We found the price to be very fair and reasonable.

For skiers it’s an easy, short walk to and from the lifts. Central location for restaurants, outdoor hot pools, etc. Appreciated the clothesline in the bathtub.

What a great little house in the mountains! We could've stayed forever! Perfect location to ski in and ski out! Beautiful location between trees and quick walk up to ski village. Fireplace was so cozy and the hottub great after an active day . Host was great to deal with! We ll be back FORSURE!

Natasha was warm and welcoming. We throughly enjoyed her beautiful gardens and were greatly appreciative of the fresh garden vegetables that she offered us. The cabin was comfortable and provided all that was required for making simple meals. This is such a peaceful relaxing place and is also close to the river for a swim on a hot day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s. The log house is beautiful. And we loved the oversized entry way, with the retractable gate to keep our dogs down in that space when needed. The views of this place must be mentioned and are STUNNING!!! The mountains are right there to look at on the giant deck. The king-sized bed is also incredibly comfy and definitely worth noting. The only thing that surprised us was how small and compact the living room/kitchen space actually is. The photos (which I’m assuming were taken in panoramic mode) made the place look a lot more spacious than it actually is. It’s not tiny, but it’s certainly not as big as it appears. However, it’s still cozy and quaint. It is unfortunate there is no laundry when you’re there for longer stays, as well, like we were, but that is made clear in the listing; it’s just something to be mindful of when booking. We would recommend this place for sure. And if you stay there, be sure to eat at Trader’s in Invermere!

We loved staying here! This cabin is so amazing, easily the best ski-in-ski-out place I’ve stayed. As long as you’re okay being a bit further outside the resort area (25 min walk/5 min drive), this cabin is in the ideal secluded location. The ski in/out trail was really cool and unique in my experience (a long mellow glade run through the woods), and the woods around the cabin had a beautiful mountain aura. The cabin itself was as awesome as described, if not better. We cooked meals on multiple nights in the huge kitchen and had zero problem keeping 8 people happy and comfortable. Shawna was a great host and was super responsive the couple times we had questions. Highly recommend this place!

Great family accommodations! Short walk to gondola that gets you to resort and beautiful interior design! Felt very warming.
