The most embedded impression in the memory of this place is that the owner is very responsive and helpful in giving instructions about what to do to reach the house, what to do to check in, what needs to be done during the stay and before check out is clearly communicated. My questions to the owner but anything available at the house is also responded quickly and well. The point is, the responsiveness of the owner is really cool. The house itself is clean (public area, kitchen, room, and bathroom), the space is quite spacious, with some interesting features. The location is a little outside of Jogja, but it can be reached in a short time. Grab and Gojek are also easy to get. Around the house there are also food stalls, food vendors, minimarkets. For repair suggestions, it may need to be repaired by the garage door that is difficult to open/close. The plugs/power plugs in the upper rooms seem to also need to be repaired. The wifi connection is also not stable. But, the rest is okay. Satisfied to stay here!

The place is clean, very fragrant, comfortable, it's just that the rice cooker is too small. Full food supplies, the host is friendly and responsive, the villa is nice and beautiful

comfortable place for a big family get together. lovely place with 5 rooms and nice backyard. All rooms had a/c which was well needed in that climate. The bathrooms need some upgrades but it was comfortable after all.

This house made us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The place clean and were quiet throughout our stay here, although the location is a bit far from city. Iron is not provided but Ms. Dewi able to bring to us. The neighbours area a bit dark, but no issue.

Teddy is a good host, really accessible and quick to reply to any queries. That the tenant is responsible for the cleaning was not completely clear to us at first, but Teddy quickly arranged a cleaning lady for a small fee. The amenities are good, and the top floor pool is top. There is a lovely Mall nearby where you can eat and shop well.

This was our 3rd time here. Locations couldn't be better. Perfect place if you want to stay in the middle of Kota Lama and explore it. Highly recommended

Peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect as it is near to everywhere. The unit's size is ok, not too small, not too big. For studio sized apartment, it is sufficient for 2 guests. The only minus was the jet shower leaked.
