the location is still very close to the city center (YK station, jogja monument, malioboro), not quiet, but the atmosphere around the house is still quiet. there is a warmindo across the villa, after exiting the villa directly to pass by. the villa is quite complete and comfortable to visit, there is a stove, washing machine, clothesline, iron, hair dryer. towels, body lotion, shampoo & soap, toothbrush, water heater works well, air conditioning is cold, and cleaned 2x for the entire villa. it is also provided complimentary in the form of tea, coffee, instant noodles, and light cakes. the host is fast respond, friendly, & clear providing information for check in & out. def recommended.

Ibu Wuri as a homestay keeper is very friendly and helpful, fast response, give many recommendations for places, this homestay is worth every penny!

Home 239B Mezzanine is a very great place, equipped with good and complete equipment and furniture. This place is facilitated with Netflix which is the entertainment we really hope for. We will recommend this place to our family and friend.

Feels like in my own home. Pretty decorated. 2 big beds with additional floor mattresses. I like the back yard. And there is a guitar too! Superb!

The place was clean and spacious for 7 of us, the location is best if you wanna just rest and have a good time with friends or family. Great place to stay, even though the building kind of old but Wijaya's place is super modern. All utensils are available and immediately felt right at home once you enter it. If you love art you'll love this place, as it is super artsy. The location is located in a very good neighborhood with lots of stores around it.

Peaceful surroundings. The location is perfect as it is near to everywhere. The unit's size is ok, not too small, not too big. For studio sized apartment, it is sufficient for 2 guests. The only minus was the jet shower leaked.
