Condo vacation rentals in Central Greece

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 10-day stay at Akis's wonderful place in Athens, which we chose as our base while I participated in the Athens Marathon. The location was ideal: close enough to walk to all the main sights, yet tucked away from the usual tourist crowds, offering a fantastic balance of accessibility and authentic local vibe. The apartment itself was superbly arranged, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. Akis was a standout host, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. He was not only helpful but also proactive in sharing local insights and tips, including recommendations based on current exhibitions and events in the area, which really enriched our experience. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Athens. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice apartment to relax and settle in with the daily routine of life in a small Greek town. I was here after the main tourist season and most restaurants and stores were open. Nights were quiet and easy to get some good sleep. The apartment looks out over the main street and the water beyond. Not a full itinerary of tourist things to do in the area but take the afternoon to sip an espresso beverage or cold drink looking out over the bay.

A friendly little fishing village where you get everything you need without much hustle and bustle. The perfect choice for us.

Quiet and peaceful location, but still walking distance to all major attractions and social spots. Irene was quick to respond and offered plenty of local recommendations. Couldn't have asked for more.

Our stay at Villa Marina on Skiathos was beyond all our expectations. Marina and her mother Morfo were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you for everything! The accommodation is clean, tidy, and has everything you need. The nights spent on the balcony with a view of the sea were unforgettable. The villa is in an ideal location, so all the beaches, both north and south of the island, are close by. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and in the future, it will be the only accommodation I choose when returning to Skiathos.

We had a great stay with Eleni & Athina for two nights - super responsive and always very happy to help! The flat is in a great location and is a relaxing place after a busy day in Athens - very clean and lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again/recommend to friends!

We loved our stay at Dionisos' place! Beautiful apartment, well equipped and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Great location - close to the metro as well as local shops and restaurants. Dionisos was very kind and responsive - helping us arrange an airport transfer which was invaluable as our flight was delayed. We would love to come back and stay in the same apartment, thank you!

I have stayed in countless AirBnB and many of them wonderful. Maria's apartment really felt like a place to live in. Everything in very good condition, easy to find things, no surprises, generous in all ways. Very light, and the host was very helpful yet discreet. I would highly recommend Maria's place for short stays to radiate out from, and for longer ones as well, it's all you'd need. Full five stars.

Great stay as location is unbeatable. The apartment is well situated and walkable to all major attractions. Many restaurants and bars just outside the door. Vanessa was very responsive and took action as needed. A warning note for early and light sleepers, the apartment is right above a few restaurants and bars. It can get a bit loud even when the windows and doors are closed. However, this didn’t bother us or our kids. Highly recommended! Next time in Athens, will gladly come back. The view from the space is amazing. It is very convenient to the historic center of Athens. Many restaurants and cafes are in walkable distance as well as the Athens metro. Christos was always available for any questions and very friendly! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again!

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.

Our stay was fantastic! Yiota is a phenomenal host, proactive about making sure we had all the information we needed. Super easy checkin and checkout. The apartment is as pictured and the view is unbelievable!!!!! Perfect location, easy access to the metro. Great restaurants and very walkable to major sites. Elevator worked great. Supermarket right outside door.

We spent a night in Nicolao's wonderful apartment on the way from Thessaloniki to Athens - air conditioning was great at 40 degrees - we wanted to do a machine laundry and Nicolaos immediately explained to us how it works. In the restaurant he recommended Dream Street, we ate very well Greek - we liked the city very much at all!

Great location very walkable safe neighborhood. We loved the patio that overlooked the port. Very clean with plenty of room. Don’t hesitate to book this place you won’t be disappointed!!

Great luxurious appartement on a central location. Stamatis is a friendly host and took some time to explain the go to’s arround the city and a quick handover of the keys. A recommendation for everyone who likes a comfortable stay during the citytrip, and a quick dip in the private rooftop pool

Beautiful and thoughtful space! We enjoyed the pool and the outside area while not even 10 minutes from downtown. Perfect for those who enjoy the quiet. We'll do it again!

We loved staying at this apartment. It is in a great location. It is spacious and the balcony with the jacuzzi is great. We highly recommend and are planning on coming back!

We had a great time at Efi‘s Dreamspace. Everything was just like we imagined. Even when the pool didn‘t work Efi made sure to fix it as fast as possible. Her parents even went above and beyond and offered to take us to the metro with our luggage on the last day! The neighborhood was super peaceful and we found Efi‘s guide around Athens quite helpful. We would (and maybe will) definitely stay here again!

Great stay for our short trip to Athens. Located a walkable distance into the centre (acropolis side) and a lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby where we ate great food and met lovely people. Comfy and cozy base for our November trip, thank you
