Beautiful location right on the lake. The property had everything we needed.

Great little cottage with a great view. The cottage lived up to expectations, and even without running water was great with a small child. Also a good place for a dog to keep free. Great grilling, sauna, swimming, and relaxation.

It was a very nice holiday. The place was very lovingly decorated and even a few spices and oil were there. The location directly on the lake and close to the train station was great and the house otherwise quiet but with children's playground in front of the door. Thank you for the good time.

We stayed to a Siina’s cabin for four days as a group of four individual friends. We wanted to spend some time outdoors but not too far away from Tampere, so I was totally in when saw such a beautiful ad. The cabin is located on a separate island on a lake ~17 km away from Ruovesi with grocery store and couple of restaurants. Even if one doesn't have a car, the local taxi is very punctual and quite cheap. The cabin itself is a beautiful small but comfortable suite with everything needed for either short- or long-stay. It fits well for up to three couples; since we were four individuals, one of us was sleeping on a couch which still was comfortable. There are lots of activities to do - working sauna and grill, and fishing on the lake is also good. Siina was a perfect host for us who was very responsive throughout all our stay, and also supported us with very valuable advices and insights. I'd definitely recommend this option for anybody who wants to get closer to the Nordic nature.

Very nice cabin in the forest and right on the lake, Arja is a very friendly hostess! We liked the sauna directly at the lake best. Overall, we were able to experience a wonderful, unforgettable time in the Mökki and can only recommend it

The original spirit and milieu of the 60's, not the slightest of stamina, or the hint of mold, as is often the case in buildings of this type. Clean, spacious, in the middle of Hankasalme. Extremely peaceful.

Everything worked just fine, and really, the sauna has great steam.

Lovely break from everyday life. In much of it, we admired the starry sky and the aurora borealis. We went camping in the South Konnevesi National Park, after which we had a sauna & a lot of taste. A clean, peaceful house with good beds to sleep. Strong recommendation from three middle-aged family moms!!

Mika is a super polite host and the place is more than awesome. We stay five days in paradise and hope to come back sooner.

All in all, a nice stay for a short stop. Landscape and nature things I especially liked.

Nice and clean cottage on the river of a lake, with a beautiful view from the porch. Everything was great, nice spots for swimming nearby. I would just suggest to improve the instructions for the waste sorting in English.

Great location and setting. It was well agreed to spend the weekend with a group of 6 people. The host was welcoming and easily reachable if needed.

Comfortable apartment within walking distance of the center of Jämsä. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, a sunny evening sun terrace with an apple tree a nice addition. We like tea

Oh, that was a pleasant stay! :) Around Suhaan in Finland, thanks to my work and stay is a big part of the well-being at work. It's good to be in this house, to sleep and have a good time. You can't beat a wooden house; sleep. The builders of the house have created a cozy place to live . I highly recommend stopping by when the trip requires a good place to stay.

A truly magical place, your own little universe. A quiet and peaceful place like this is not easy to come by these days, especially not with all the modern amenities that Pirjo's place offers. Private sauna, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, near-total isolation with a town still in reach... I could go on. A true gem in the middle of the beautiful Finnish nature and without a doubt the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. Pirjo herself is an amazing host. Not only did she always reply quickly and very helpfully – she went out of her way multiple times to accommodate and go the extra mile for me, organizing helpful things for me that I didn't even ask her to. I am so grateful to Pirjo, whose hospitality has been the cherry on top of this amazing vacation-cake. Also the island's caretaker, Heikki, was super nice and helpful and I'm happy to have met him. Sadly I didn't meet Pirjo to thank her in person but I hope we will once I inevitably come back for another stay.

Beautiful place to stay, would not recommend it for more than 10 people. Included is a rowing boat with easily enough space for 4 people. Wifi was not present directly when we arrived but after asking for it, the host brought it to us shortly after, so no big deal. Wifi speed however is not great, it works for essentials but consider downloading movies to watch on the large projector screen (another big plus of this house) in advance :). And lastly, the handover upon arrival and departure were as easy and flexible as it gets.

We really liked our stay in Jemima's house. It is a brand new and super pretty house. small but everything is there and comfortable. would love to come back someday

Great cottage/villa and ensemble in a quiet location. It's a great place for a longer vacation. Nice wood sauna! A lot and grill house wasn't tried this time. You could come here next in the summer!
