Excellent place to spend with friends and family, recommended.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

A Jewel! We can recommend this appartment without hesitation, it was in every good way abundant. I was desperate before I arrived not knowing if I would be able to use the App and the connected lock at the entrance to the road to the house, but Jeff was so nice to leave it unlocked so I could relax. The huge and bright and beautiful appartment was worth my worries. We were able to use the washingmaschine and were very content with the large amount of towels they provided. There is even an additional toilet and all of the many ACs worked. and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely return there!

Highly recommended, the house is 10 points, comfortable with all the services to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio the owner is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup asique come to stay here!

Diego’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The house features a cozy living room and spacious hallways both upstairs and downstairs. There are three fantastic bedrooms, including one with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful BBQ grill next to the swimming pool. The space truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is perfect—ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing escape from the routine. It’s a wonderful place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommended!

As always, Rentu's place and Ruben's attention was kept at a high level. Clean and modern apartment in a good location, with a hassle-free and flexible checkin arrangement.

The house is very nice and is very well equipped. There is not much nearby but it arrives very well delivery and Uber. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a camera in the dnd dining room is also the armchair bed and I found it invasive.
