Great stay and in a lovely property. Fantastic access to the beach

I booked Geoff’s place for my daughter, her partner and their 2 year old son. It is a perfect set up for young families - pools, beach, playground and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and location brilliant. Best to bring a few cooking basics if you’re planning a longer stay and you will be perfectly set up for a good time. They had a wonderful stay!

This house is WAY bigger than the photos show! A very generously sized townhouse with two of the bedrooms upstairs and master downstairs. Very clean, well thought out and modern. Everything needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. A short walk to Ettalong foreshore and only 10min walk to the shops & cafes.

What a GREAT place to live. Such heaven. Extremely quiet. Everything you can ask for!!! Highly recommend!!!

David was a brilliant host, going out of the way during peak holidays season to accommodate us last minute and our needs (e.g arranging cleaners on Boxing Day). Beautiful location and a well stocked kitchen which is always a plus! I couldn’t recommend his place more!

Geoff’s property is fantastic. The townhouse is situated right next to the golf course and right across the road from a children’s playground which was a real plus. The house was clean, the kitchen well equipped, there was plenty of space for our children to play and adults to relax, the beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. It was also very handy to have laundry facilities available to us. Geoff is very friendly, always responsive and ready to help assist us with any requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his property for families with young children. Thanks for hosting us!

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this. So close to the beach and a short walk to the shops. Loads of space for everyone and nicely spread out so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other all the time. Plenty of seating options so our large group could all eat together and the BBQ and terrace were perfect for family dinners.

Kim’s was amazing - 5 minutes walk to the beach, absolutely clean. The lift came in very handy for taking luggage up to the upper floor. Kim was pleasant and clear in her comms. We will certainly be returning to Elements 😊

Had a fantastic stay 17 night stay at The Gumnut Cottage…Joe was an extremely responsive host and facilitated an early check in and late departure for us, for which we were extremely grateful. The cottage itself is a gem…spacious, spotlessly clean, great back yard. Tea, coffee, oils, herbs, cling film and tin foil all provided which saves having to buy things you would ditch at the end of your stay. Walking distance to Darby Street, Honeysuckle, supermarkets, cafes, the Commy, the Ori and Newcastle Baths for an early morning dip…On street parking a bonus and never an issue getting a space. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Me and my family spent a week at Danielle's townhouse. We all had an amazing, relaxed time and could not fault anything. It was really clean, linen and bedding were so comfy and fresh, kitchen and living area perfect and quiet. My favourite of everything would have to be the backyard! The big frangipani tree and the deck were so lovely to just sit and chill under and enjoy a coffee. Danielle was so easy to talk to and so easy to comminicate with as well. Me and my family cannot wait to stay again in the future! 🌸🌺

Another wonderful visit. We didn’t think our stay could be better than our visit last year but it was. The Location, home, responsiveness and attention to detail from the host are second to none. Thanks David you are the best. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful clean property just what we needed for a busy weekend racing at ocean beach. Very comfortable to come home to after our big days. Kitchen was amazing, beds comfortable. Thank you for giving details on the local area also. It was an amazing.

Sarah's place is such a gem in Terrigal, it completely exceeded our expectations! It's right in the heart of Terrigal and just a few mins walk from the beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants around the corner. We cooked for almost every meal so the very well stocked kitchen equipment was very appreciated. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we made good use of the board and card games. Highly recommend - thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at Erin's place. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled and in a convenient, private and peaceful location within the resort - with ease of access to all the great facilities at Rafferty's. Erin has all the finer details thoughtfully covered for a self-contained "home away from home". We look forward to staying again and highly recommend!

My wife, son (12) and myself stayed Sun-Fri for our sons ice hockey camp and of course Terrigal beach. Very good set-up, quiet yet near city/beach center. 2 min to shops and beach. Place had lots of room and breezy and nice view. Would stay here again.

Great host, great location & great communication!

We loved staying at Leah’s place. Such a great location both walkable and short drive to lagoons, beach, eateries, and shops in a very private and quiet setting. The place is so clean and well set up, provides everything we needed while our stay. Leah is such a great host always responds straight away.

We had a lovely time in Carrington, quiet and all you need really close by. Can drive to Newcastle beaches. The house worked well for us as a four person family. The two kids shared a bed but that was no problem. The kitchen was full of everything you needed to cook dinner. Multiple bathrooms was great.

The house is in the centre of two other Townhouses, so we have to park the car on street as the garage was full of other items. No rooms downstairs, so not good for elderly or the disabled. Overall its a lovely property and around 500m walk from the Lakes entrance centre.

Fabulous location and spacious town house. Close to everything, comfortable and clean.
