The accommodation in Savannah wasn't very big, but it had everything I needed. She was so kind and welcoming that it felt like staying at a friend's house.)

Great stay!

The space was super clean the we loved the porch. It was two blocks from great restaurants and walking distance from the river walk.

The condo itself was in immaculate condition and the location is perfected situated in the Domain. Daniel is genuinely the most responsive host - he even asked what temperature I like for the AC so it was set at that prior to check-in! Check-in instructions were crystal clear. Thank you for the great stay and I'll definitely stay again for my next work trip!

Allison was quick to respond and made check in super easy! Her place was neat and clean and just what we need for a place to stay for attending the UT game which was only 4 miles away!

Perfect place for two people, great location in north Austin. I love the cute decorations in the bedroom and it's really nice to have two tvs. parking is easy too which is great. we would stay again!

very easy to find, great for 1 to 2 person stay. fun little backyard to grill and sit by the fire pitt. Humble place to stay with easy instructions. though 20min from 6th street there were some great places to eat nearby. Had a great stay would recommend and will definitely look to stay here again if I go back to Austin! (:

Jennifer is an exceptional host. She responds promptly to any questions you may have. She is considerate and easygoing. She even leaves snacks and drinks that her guests may have while there. The house is stocked with anything and everything you may need, down to paper plates, headache meds, stem toys for neurodivergent children, every game imaginable, household items like scissors, tape, zip lock bags, and so much more. Well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, dishware, and a spice rack! The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten. This place is actually one of those where you could just pack your clothes and go. We only used one bed and it was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. Great job Jennifer. You have thought of everything. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful, stylish home with fantastic amenities in a wonderful neighborhood. Great for walking and close to myriad restaurants, grocery stores and other features that make for an enjoyable experience. We stayed here with my parents and everyone had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant time. Highly recommend.

Matt's place accommodated our family in the best way. We felt right at home. It was so generous to see all of the amenities available and the kitchen had everything! We had to help cater a wedding so we definitely made great use of that space. When we had a medical emergency, Matt allowed us a gracious check out time and we couldn't be more grateful. one thing to note that it is a per friendly home so if you have allergies like me, take your preventative measures. All in all a comfy home, great patio space and great amenities. Spacious too!!

We were visiting here for an ACL weekend and the place matched the fun we had over the weekend. Very clean, spacious downstairs common area and the 4 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for our group. Michele was a super responsive and helpful host. We would love to come back and stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made for a nice, relaxing environment. It's also conveniently close to the highway and amenities, so we had no trouble getting around. The house felt more like a lived-in home than a rental property, with plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. It was also spacious and well-decorated, and the hot tub was a great addition. We also very much appreciated the office space. While the dark paint and furniture gave the house a cozy vibe, it did make the space feel a little darker than expected. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Gracie’s place was true to the pictures shown in her listing. The renovations were beautiful, the house was spotless, and the kitchen had every cooking item that you would need for a short or longer stay. Even the Master Closet was spacious with lots of built-in shelving. For families, there were plenty of chargers in all of the rooms. Gracie was very responsive and friendly. I would say if you’re bringing your doggie friend and they like to be playful with other dogs, both neighbors have dogs. They did not seem to enjoy my dog running up to the fence to say hi. If you have an older dog or a dog who doesn’t care to interact with other dogs, the backyard is perfect. I like to walk my dog and the neighborhood was very walkable with lots of kids playing outside.

Clean and relaxing space.

Rupesh’s condo is fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I travel to Austin regularly for work and I will absolutely stay here again. I had everything I needed, and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore in the evenings after work. The only downside was that I hated leaving every morning to go to work! Highly recommend.

Gissell's place was exactly as described and was clean and comfy. Perfect location for getting around Austin. The bed was very comfy and the balcony overlooking the pool was a nice plus!
