Bus stops 3 minutes walk, 10 minutes walking distance from the university. There are free and fair use fruit trees in the garden. There is an option for cable TV for an additional fee. Not for smokers and not for animals of any kind . The furniture includes a sofa bed for a very comfortable double bed + a 2 door closet and a library cabinet and drawers.
