Cottage in Fife
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 75 reviewsBalass House Stables Cottage Nr St Andrews
A very cosy, comfortable cottage with well considered, stylish touches that made it a thoroughly delightful place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, with thick toppers, plentiful pillows and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of hot water, and a good shower. Susan was welcoming and proactively helpful - both in providing additional cookware for a particular recipe I wanted to make, and in sourcing a new firestick for the TV so we could access Netflix. All in all, a lovely and peaceful haven for our mini-break in Scotland.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, Jing was really helpful with all check in information. Very clean with great facilities, would definitely stay her again as it was very affordable and easily slept 8 people. Very quiet area with regular buses into town and bathrooms were great as well with good hot water and big shower.

5 out of 5 average rating, 23 reviewsThe Lodge @ Panbride House
The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

4.78 out of 5 average rating, 114 reviewsThe Furze Farmhouse near St Andrews
It is a beautiful house with great views. All bedrooms, dining area and the kitchen are specious. The conservatory room is light with great views. There was a welcome basket with essentials (bread, eggs, milk, chocolates). It was great to relax in the hot tub, watch the views and listen to the birds. We were shopping in the local coop . There are many great places to see that are short distance to drive, Perth, St Andrews, Dundee, Glamis Castle, Scone Palace, Kellie Castle, Cambo House, waterfalls and others. There are good walks just from house and short distance away. We enjoyed coming back to a quiet house with beautiful views and relax after busy days. I highly recommend the place.
Condo in Old Town
4.79 out of 5 average rating, 248 reviewsRoyal Mile 4 Bed Luxury (incl Sauna & Jacuzzi)
Just as described. A perfect ‘pied a terre’- right on the royal mile, located perfect to access the tourist attractions. But as expected this isn’t a peaceful area, quite a lot of night and early morning noise. The beds were comfy, ideally there would have been more sofa space to relax on. The kitchen has everything needed and more than enough fridge and freezer space. The hot tub and sauna were much appreciated after busy walking days (once we worked out how to work to turn them on!) also, I’d have liked access to to more towels but these are are just little things, not game changers. The comms from their ‘cleaning lady’ was fabulous and she was super helpful. Thank you.

Bungalow in Elie
4.74 out of 5 average rating, 195 reviewsBeach house, sea views, garden, 100m from beach
We really loved Jo’s place, was a brilliant wee find. Very quirky and cool, ideally situated near the beach and local amenities. We found the locals to be very open and friendly (although that made us spend a small fortune at the local well stocked deli!) and enjoyed a late lunch at The Ship Inn. We would absolutely visit again.

I booked on behalf of my parents who were celebrating my mums retirement and birthday. Dawn was super helpful and great communication prior to booking. My parents had theeee best time at Dawns cottage - they didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. The cottage was beautiful, they wanted for nothing. Super clean and they felt right at home. The beautifully thoughtful welcome gift made my mum feel super special. Thank you for your hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guesthouse in St Andrews
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 194 reviewsSelf-contained cottage, 2 miles from St Andrews.
This is a beautiful cottage which is thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped. This applies to the modest kitchen and throughout the house and grounds. The garden is a haven of peace with bird feeders hosting a great variety of birds including tits robins and a lesser spotted woodpecker. On arrival we were impressed by the kind provision of sweets, fruit and other essentials. We recommend Eileen wholeheartedly.

A fantastic cottage in the heart of Fife! Perfect for families or a small group of golfers. The cottage is centrally located to the St. Andrews, Ansruther, and Leven areas, with easy drives to the towns and their historic golf courses. It was clean, spacious enough for a couple of adults or a family, and Trevor & Carolyn were excellent hosts - always communicative and friendly. Highly recommend to friends for a weekend golf outing or families looking to soak in all that Fife has to offer.

Cottage in Rait
4.57 out of 5 average rating, 67 reviewsRedwood Cottage, Fingask Castle, Rait, Perthshire
A great place to chill and unwind for a few days ..unspoilt and natural surroundings lots of birds and even deer :-) The house was cosy and warm and had old style charm. We found the mattresses uncomfortable but everyone else in our group slept well so I guess it's just preference. Our hosts were quick to respond when we mentioned it, providing extra duvets for us. Games room is no frills great fun with table tennis and snooker. All in all a great stay, would be back.

Cottage in Rait

Just back from an amazing trip to the cottages at Fingask. What a super stay we had. The castle grounds are incredible- lots to see and discover- and so peaceful and quiet! We saw so much wildlife and wore ourselves out roaming this huge estate! The staff were really helpful and friendly- and even printed off paperwork when we needed it. The cottage itself was great- super warm and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us and our energetic boys. The kitchen has a full sized fridge freezer which was perfect for us as we cooked every night and enabled us to bring some frozen things with us. Hope that we can come back in the future and enjoy Fingask again!
