Great place for a family gathering. Son came in from Abilene from college picked up our daughter in the Air Force from airport conveniently 25 minutes away. We had plenty of room for all our kids to spend Thanksgiving together.

Very beautiful restful place. So close to UTD and 75. House was pristine and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of squirrels, rabbits and birds in the backyard and everything was quiet in the neighborhood. Carissa is a super hostess and quick to respond to any messages. All in all it was a perfect week!

This was by far such an amazing experience at Joe’s home. Normally I’d be skeptical on the pics and reviews but this time everything matched perfectly. The pics listed did no justice. The place was beyond phenomenal. From the front entrance to the backyard. The house was very spacious and extremely clean. I reached out to Joe to receive the WiFi information due to not having phone reception and he responded within the minute. All of the rooms very spacious. Last but not lease the master bathroom has a very large and deep tub that i definitely took advantage of and soaked. The trip was worth every penny and i enjoyed my time. Such a great way to end a busy work weekend. For sure will be booking again.

Place was great for a multi family stay. The backyard was amazing and the kids had the best of time. Layout of house was also nice with the 2 living rooms and spacious kitchen.

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

We loved our stay here and would totally stay again. There is actually a little wedding/ ceremony venue on the property which is beautiful all lit up at night. It has an awesome outdoor patio and seating area. The bedrooms are very decent sized. We highly recommend this place

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended!!! Def would book with Flatbush Homes again… felt right at home and i can enjoy my stay with no worries, can guarantee you get what you paid for, I had a week long stay for 8 days and it was quiet, bed was comfortable and the place was clean and check in was easy… any questions? They are quick to respond. 5 stars for sure. Also.. my first time on air bnb… they did NOT disappoint.. 😊

The Airbnb of my dreams!! My bridal party and I got ready for my wedding here and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place! I highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown McKinney with a large group. Sooooo comfortable and the perfect space!

Diana was a wonderful host. She was extremely responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and the pool was perfect.

Was a great place and everything was as mentioned and seen in pics. Only had a hard time with the lock as the key pad wes very difficult to type or enter the code. Had to try multiple times before the right key could be entered. Else a wonderful host with quick response to any question.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had a great time. Three families came up for a wedding. The space was great and Brenda was so easy to work with.
