My husband and I were in Dallas for a few days and did activities all around the area. Denise’s place was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We walked to a nearby park and walked on a trail and also walked to breakfast at a wonderful cafe. It was so easy to get around. Denise greeted us upon arrival to make sure we had what we needed and made us feel welcomed. She also provided some really nice snacks and beverages and lots of thoughtful touches so we had everything we needed. Lastly, I need to mention just how comfortable the place felt! I could really relax there and even took a few naps! The place was just the perfect size for us! Thanks Denise for being the perfect host!

We had such a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. One of the absolute highlights was the patio — it was the perfect spot to start the day with coffee and some fresh air. We couldn’t have asked for a better location either — close to the Dallas Arts District and Dallas Art Fair/Fashion Industry Gallery, but still quiet and peaceful. My coworker and I both agreed we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

This home was very spacious and nice and close to our destination, the Texas Rangers Stadium. Directions to get in were given the day before and easy to follow. The area was nice and centrally located to gas and markets. The house had very comfy couches and a beautiful backyard patio surrounded by lovely greenery, which was my favorite area. The kitchen had plenty of staple cooking items in the pantry to assist with meals. The house could definitely use fresh paint but nothing major or worth skipping this house over. Everything was functional and served its purpose for our short trip. We were a party of 4 but this house could easily accommodate 8 people. I would consider staying here again for sure.

This home feels very safe and is in a really great location. It’s beautiful! and our family had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and shopping but is also peaceful and quiet. We saw families out walking in the evenings. The kitchen is fantastic - so many cooking and serving utensils and cookware. The beds are comfortable, the front porch is enjoyable, and the living room has plenty of seating. Super clean! and really nice front yard landscaping. Such a beautiful house with character and history. We would love to stay here again!

I stayed here for a weekend as part of a group of 7. The house had plenty of space for our group, was in good condition, and matched the photos and description in the listing. It was in a very nice neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance, and it was quiet/peaceful at night. Our group had 2 rental cars so we made full use of the 2-car garage. The washer/dryer units worked well, and all the bathrooms were in good condition. We did not have much interaction with the host, but there was no need as there were no issues. I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again.

We had a great stay! The house is clean and the neighborhood is nice, safe, and so quiet. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with, even offering to let us check in early. All the extras you could need are provided with many extra touches. The master bed is comfortable and clean. The shower is also nice with good water pressure and it gets steamy hot! We look forward to our next stay here.
