Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

This was a great place and exactly what we needed (2 adults, 2 kids). It is in the heart of the old city and so close to restaurants. the beautiful piazza's and amenities. Being close to the university also meant the area had a real buzz due to the students, particularly around lunch and evening. The flat was a 10-15 min walk from the station from which we took trains to Firenze and Lucca and even a bus to the coast for a swim! Pisa was so walkable and safe and we loved being able to walk up to the leaning tower square after sunset. truly magical. The flat was great and had everything we needed. Morning coffee on the terrace and evening meals were delightful. Alberto was great and really responsive and communicative.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Livorno, easy to access and very convenient to walk to the surrounding shops. Close to the harbor. Illaria is very friendly and attentive! I 'ddefinitely recommend this host 👍

Very cosy in a calm back street to the restaurant main walking street. A perfect location for this town in my opinion. I felt a contact with the local neighborhood that you wouldnt get in a hotel.

Inside we found everything you need, much appreciated the different products available for breakfast and personal hygiene. Thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

Selene was proactive with all communication, including great recommendations for the area. The location of the B&B is very close to the Port/Centro Storico. The space was welcoming, tranquil, and clean. Nice shared spaces, decent breakfast included, and the private bedroom and bathroom were both perfectly comfortable and clean. Great for couples or friends looking for a peaceful “home base” while venturing around Elba.

Warm hosts. We were super comfortable and also our dog was welcome everywhere. The house is super nice and nicely decorated. Our room was clean, had great furniture and a cozy bed. There was also an air conditioner and a fan. The house sits on a street. With the windows and air conditioning closed, there is nothing to note here. The breakfast was delicious. (Mostly sweet) There was also coffee with warm milk. Sausage came from my own butcher's shop. (One house away) Large garden available, but we did not use it. Ideal starting point for the Chianti region, as well as to beautiful mountain villages such as San Gimignano and Volterra. We felt super comfortable and the communication was always fast, super nice and very warm. We'll be back.

Teresa & Agostino make you feel right at home the moment you arrive! After a long day of traveling, we were greeted by the couple and welcomed into their home with open arms. They offered us bruschetta with tomato’s from their garden, which was amazing as well as their families wine (also fantastic) I highly recommend their home for your next stay in the Tuscany region. They gave me so much information about how to get to Florence for the day, and it took less than 30 minutes without having to drive into the city and I am so grateful for that! The wine tour is a must as well, their son Daniele came to pick us up and brought us to two beautiful wine makers homes, where we learnt their processes and got to taste such amazing wine that they make! If you want a real family style living experience this should be at the top of your list, they are amazing hosts and even more amazing people! Thank you Teresa & Agostino for making our stay so memorable!

George, a kind and helpful person, assisted us from the first minute we arrived at his place. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Highly recommended!!

I stayed with Cristina for a month while I worked in Pisa. I have stayed in many places in Pisa over the last two years and I can honestly say that Cristina’s was the best, most comfortable, convenient and enjoyable place I have stayed. It was such a pleasure to stay in her beautiful home, she is a wonderful person and I really cannot fault my time there. I felt completely at home straight away. She has two lovely dogs whom I will also miss! If I can I will certainly be coming back to stay the next time I am in Pisa! Thank you Cristina!

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!

My wish to find a pleasant place to explore Tuscany by bike and car has been confirmed - quiet, away from the hustle and bustle (but a recommended trattoria is within walking distance!), with lots of greenery, but above all a likeable and accommodating hostess who always has tips about the area ready. All in all, a place to feel at home!
