Hosts communication was excellent. Very snowy for our visit… parking area had snow cleared for arrival. Property was exactly as described. Easy check in and out. Good location for Colgate university (less than 15 minute drive).

I helped my parents secure this Teresa's flat in January when we had a sudden need for a long term stay in Baldwinsville. If you are anything like me, you rely heavily on the reviews. Everything positive I read about this flat turned out to be true - it is truly a fantastic place to stay! Everything from the location, parking, spaciousness, quietness, thoughtful touches, and the comfort of the furnishings were all an A+. I am admittedly very picky about furniture, most Airbnb places don't have the best couches or beds - OMG. The bed and the couch are extremely comfortable and high quality, not the cheap stuff! The location is absolutely perfect - lots of walkability. The unit is very quiet at night, you can sleep like a baby (blackout shades too!). Each space can be separated by doors so if someone is sleeping you can be in the living area watching TV with great ease. Teresa was WONDERFUL to work with, I am so grateful my parents were able to stay here! Will come again!

A weekend away to celebrate my birthday with some R&R with my boyfriend made this place feel special! We really enjoyed our time at the house a weekend away from the kids was definitely nice. The house is amazing!! Felt so cozy and the view is outstanding!! We would love to come back in the summer and bring the kids and stay here!! The house was everything we could have hoped for to feel the at home feeling! The bed was so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! How fun to have a little game room down stairs! And the hot tub was relaxing! We definitely will be planning a trip with the kids in the summer! Thank you for such a wonderful staycation at the lake house! 💜

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

We had a wonderful time at Diane’s place - being together by the river, warming up in the hot tub or around the fire pit, enjoying Ithaca and the surroundings - it was all made so easy by her care, communication, and dedicating to delivering an incredible stay and experience. The home is so comfortable, the kitchen is so warm, the living room to lounge in. We all had driven for several hours to arrive and as soon as we did, we felt right at home. Would love to stay here or at another of your places again soon!

The house was lovely! Perfect for what me and my partner wanted. It was very clean and stocked with more than what we expected them to provide us, it was even better than what the pictures showed. Not to mention the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice quiet trip. The price was affordable and totally worth it. Very satisfied!

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!
