Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cayo District

Wow! This was our first time in Belize and we attribute our new found love to these amazing hosts and their awesome accommodations. We loved sitting on the upper porch in the morning watching the birds and neighborhood come alive. The hosts are truly amazing and inspirational people who deliver a personal touch unmatched by any other Airbnb we have stayed at. This was the best possible way to kick off our vacation in Belize and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. The accommodations were super clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. They even had ancient artifacts lying around that an archaeologist friend unearthed. Plus, we visited their newly built museum (a must-see). San Ignacio has so many little restaurants and the people were all super nice to us. This was a trip of a lifetime and a cultural experience like no other. The location is great as it is centrally located to so much to do. We extended our stay for a day and wish we had stayed longer.

Jungle vibes, banana muffins, and fascinating stories! We had a fantastic stay at Dalena and Steve’s San Ignacio, Belize home! The stylish jungle-themed interior was cozy and well-equipped, with plenty of hot water, clean bedding, fresh towels, and even banana muffins in the morning. We also loved hearing their fascinating stories about biology, ecology, and the creation of the Museum of Natural History in Belize. Dalena provides a comprehensive guide to local dining, adventure and cultural tours, taxi services, and more. The house is only a 15-minute walk from coffee shops, restaurants, and tour offices. At night, we enjoyed walking a few blocks to the local grocery store for carbonated water before heading to bed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Belize! Thanks, Dalena and Steve!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nicole's. There was a convenient booklet full of things to do, a full kitchen with a great coffee bar, and a spacious front porch we all relaxed on. We made great use of the electric bug zapper and played games at the dining table, overall it was a great stay and she was an attentive and kind host. Will definitely book again if I have a large group in San Ignacio.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit in St Ignacio. Arturo and Maria's place is really close to st ignacio, only 5 minute walk and quite easy to get there. Every morning, I would be greeted with a delicious breakfast to start my day. They also gave me great tips for which tours to do and which i can do on my own. Arturo even drew me a map to explain how I can get to certain places! I can go on and on about how gracious and kind Arturo and Maria were to me during my stay. I simply can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful stars and birds, lush surrounding. Set us up with his friend Robert who gives pontoon tours of the river and horseback rides of the trails and shared his wealth of cultural knowledge with us very generously

What a gem 💎 in Belmopan! Ms Elma was truly the most wonderful host - she really took great care of me and showed me the kindness, warmth and amazing food of Belize. Will be back without a doubt should I ever need to stay in Belmo again. Thank you thank you thank you!! For those wondering: the location is amazing, completely safe. And the ensuite room is HUGE. A real treat.

We LOVED our stay here! We are 3 adventurous, 30-something couples and we felt like part of the family during our time here. We camp a lot, so the rustic vibe was great for us. This is not a luxury rental, this is a jungle cabin surrounded by nature and wildlife. If you don't like getting your shoes muddy, this place is not for you. The meals were delicious, they offer breakfast and dinner daily for a very reasonable price. Marcus was awesome with his recommendations and an all-around fabulous host and the pets roaming around the property was an added bonus. It was so nice hanging out with the other guests in the communal areas. The hosts provide a real sense of community here. 10/10 would stay again!

Juliet and Tony are the best hosts I've ever encountered on Airbnb and I plan on staying with them again if/when I make it back to Belize. They also offer an in-house shuttle which we decided to use for our trip back to the airport and had a great time with Tony as our driver. Aside from our excellent experience with the hosts and cabanas, I wanted to mention in regards to the location that Mayawalk picked us up from the cabana for no extra charge for our tours, then at the end of the day we explored and ate in San Ignacio and felt safe enough to walk the 20-30 minutes back. My friend can't add her own review, so this is from her: Our stay at the santa cruz cabins exceeded my expectations. Juliet and Tony were wonderful at anticipating our needs. They will point you to all the best excursions, restaurants, and shopping. The meals were delicious, and the cabin pristine. I jokingly refer to them as our airbnb mom and dad! I will be back.

Jorge and Elena were great...they were very kind and helpful. Elena makes some amazing breakfasts and always had lots of fresh food for us. Would definitely stay here again when I return. The home is large, quiet and very clean. Thank you both for your hospitality.

best place ever!!! I have been to Belize 10 times and this is the best place I have ever stayed. I felt like a family member. I love it here and Consuelo is the most thoughtful host ever!!! fresh bread, fruit, beans and amazing fresh coffee for breakfast. I can't wait tobstay with her again.
