Everything was low as expected, good service and communication with the manager, a little far away, however it compensates the view of the place

We really enjoyed our stay at Patricia's apartment who is a very nice person. This bnb air is very clean, well-equipped, bright, bedding is very comfortable, everything is perfect. We'll be back in a week after we go out in the colca. There is everything nearby to buy food. The surroundings of the apartment are very beautiful, we quickly find ourselves in the countryside of Arequipa. We recommend 200%

great place to stay in a good location. The host was great and it's a good value for the money. 24 hour gated community with good security. I would recommend for anyone traveling in the area.

It is a very good accommodation with total tranquility in a private development to rest even though you have a main road nearby, you have very close shops in case you need to do some small shopping and it is very central to receive requests for applications by delivery, you can also approach a few minutes to the Plaza de Yanahuara if you want to walk and spend it quiet. Recommended.

I stayed for one full month and I was very satisfied. The apartment is of good quality, and David is a great host. The electricity, water, and internet are all reliable, and the furniture is comfortable. There is a shared rooftop which is a nice little spot to relax, and you can do laundry there. The location is fine, but not great, as there is not much of interest here, and you get a lot of noise from the road. But the location is convenient; there are a few gyms within 5 minute walk, supermarkets within 5-10 minutes, and the tourist sites are 20 minutes away. It feels safe, even at night for me, so I was happy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.

Geraldine & her husband was an outstanding host. Always replying to anything I need. I can’t say enough. Really nice couple to deal with.

Sergio was very helpful with a flexible very late check in and any tiny issues that we had during our stay. We could see the volcanoes from our balcony which was great and made friends with two roof puppies next door which we loved. The bed was huge and there was more than enough space for us, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Airbnb with a Stunning View! Rodrigo’s property is truly exceptional. The biggest highlight is the breathtaking view of Arequipa’s beautiful mountains, which we could enjoy directly from our rooms—an unforgettable experience! Rodrigo and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They responded to all our questions quickly and made us feel right at home. They also prepared the airbnb very well and made sure was super clean and in order. Although the property is on the sixth floor, the flights of stairs are manageable, with each one having just a few steps. The place feels very safe, and there’s a convenience store just down the stairs, which was perfect for quick needs. A larger supermarket is about 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up and enjoy cooking in the superb and well-equipped kitchen.
