Though the house exhibits a touch of age, it remains decent and exceedingly budget-friendly. It's an ideal choice for families seeking proximity to attractions like Ayder (offering rafting, ziplines, etc.) and Rize. Can's parents greeted us warmly, extending an invitation to partake in the fruits from the trees enveloping the house. While I did have a few minor observations about the property, I communicated them to Can, who assured me they would be rectified. Given their insignificance, it's unnecessary to elaborate on them here. All in all, the house fulfills all your desires, whether you're seeking tranquility or adventure. Beautiful and modern dwelling and great people and collaborators The apartment is one of the first full two bedrooms, a balcony and a kitchen with a beautiful view of modern and elegant furniture. The apartment is very clean. There are simple cooking utensils and a washing machine. Access to the site is easy and very close to the main road But the owner should be contacted for the first time (we took a different route depending on the location in Google Map and it was very dangerous) Cons The apartment has no private door but a common entrance with the ground floor There is no hot water for bathing . We promised to solve this problem in the future.

Thanks for the family host ,, they are very sweet and helpful it was such a pleasure to meet them . The apartment is very big and has 3 rooms it is very clean and all facilities are there.

Even though we checked into the house late, the hosts met us at the door and helped us carry our luggage. They offered sweetness. The house was spotless. The location and view of the house were also very good. Dolmus is in front of the house. It is also close to the airport. You can also get to Rize center in about 30 minutes.
