Fantastic location - easy walking distance to the beach, the baths, restaurants and cafes! No need for a car with this location! We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chez Mere with our young family. The cottage is less than a minute from playgrounds and the peaceful lake, but only 7 minutes drive from kid friendly beaches as well! Cafes, shops and local attractions are all easily accessible. Despite being right near the road, Patricia has done a great job of making the property feel peaceful and private, with a lovely garden and bamboo screens that give it a resort feel. Our kids loved the converted caravan which was fun to stay in, but had as much space as a regular studio accommodation. The ensuite bathroom was beautifully clean with excellent water pressure and modern amenities. Highly recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming holiday house in Caves Beach. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family. We loved the modern decor, comfortable furniture, and well-equipped kitchen. Great sized backyard for our dog. The house is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. Our host, Sue, was incredibly welcoming and gave us clear instructions to get into the house. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!"

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

We had a glorious three days at this awesome beach house. It looks a lot bigger than the photos and it was amazing to hear the sound of the ocean from the deck and to feel the ocean breeze. It’s in a quiet tranquil neighbourhood surrounded by stunning gum trees and is perfect for two families. Michele communicated well throughout our stay. Outdoor shower and sparkling heated pool was a real bonus and there are yoga and Pilates classes nearby at the Pearl Beach progress association. We can’t wait to return again.

It was a beautiful location with the dining area and outside area overlooking the beautiful river. A very convenient location, walking distance to nearby shops and beach. The house is spotless, comfortable and tastefully furnish. Kitchen was well stock with appliances and amenities.

Gwendoline's place was lovely. We booked for a weekend away. Nice and quiet with plenty of space. We enjoyed watching Christmas movies on the couch. It has plenty of space to park and its super quick walk to the beach. The bathroom is so beautiful. I highly recommend having a bath if you get the chance.

As a family of 6 this was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and we also loved the inclusion of the indoor pool. Would definitely recommend to others and Adrian was super helpful.

Deb is definitely a Super Host, not only is the aoartment beautifully decorated with an outstanding view, Deb ensures her gusts have everything they need for a relaxing holiday. The photos don’t do it justice - if you’re thinking about booking I highly recommend you do it.

Beautiful stay, amazing home, great views, a well stocked pantry. Amanda was super responsive. And all this just an hour from Bondi.

We booked out this property for son’s 13th birthday. Tiffany is a great host, very quick to respond to all questions. Was able to give us an early check-in which is always a bonus. Overall fantastic location, privacy wasn’t an issue great spot for an extended family. Bunk bed set up was awesome.

Alan’s house was absolutely brilliant on all levels. Alan’s communication was fantastic, and he was super flexible, allowing us to check in early after our long international flight. Having on site parking was really convenient. Alan’s house is in the perfect location to explore the northern beaches and Alan left clear and helpful instructions and local recommendations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the beach were wonderful. Leaving wine and goodies for us along with a personal note was the icing on the cake. We will be back cannot recommend Alan’s home highly enough!

My friends and I loved our weekend and Carla’s place. Right near the beach and yet it feels like a little oasis. It’s so peaceful and full of beautiful touches. We especially loved our visit from the kookaburras in the morning!

Great place, just as described and shown in the pictures. You can walk straight down the path to the beach, which is beautiful. Only stayed for 1 night, but it was perfect for us. Nicholas was very responsive and helpful to ensure our stay was smooth.

This place was magic. I went to sleep listening to the waves and during the day enjoyed lovely long walks on the beach. The house is spacious, clean and everything you could possibly want was available with brilliant hot water in the showers, a wooden deck at the front to watch the fishing boats and only a few hundred meters to the pub (which I couldn't hear at all and where the food was excellent). I immediately felt very at home in this house and was reminded of childhood holidays by the beach -- except in Margaret's place there was 5G internet available, a good music system, microwave, dishwasher, smart tv and plenty of room to spare. There is nothing with which I could find fault and I hope to return very soon. For a family (slept at least six), a girls week-end, romantic destiny or if you are like me and you want the serenity, then you could not choose a better holiday house or more splendid location.

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the property. We walked further down the beach and found a really quiet secluded beach! The kids loved it as it wasn’t as wavy as the rest of the beach. We particularly enjoyed the sunrise in the morning . House was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped though if really want to make a meal. Other than that we had a really good time there.
