My friends and I really enjoy staying at Airbnb‘s and this property if not at the top is very near to the top of all the places we have visited – it’s a wonderful user friendly property– beautifully setup, great kitchen and amenities, garage arranged as a games room and separate TV room – I mean it’s really special – amazing location close to the beach and great for families and dogs- highly highly recommended

Absolute tranquility! Great location looking across the lake, and for taking our dog on daily walks. Beautifully presented van with cute and quirky decor and a very modern bathroom. Had everything needed for a very comfortable stay, even when stuck indoors for 2 days while we had torrential rain and wild winds. Quite spacious for meal prepping, outdoor cooking under cover, sleeping on the super comfy bed and relaxing on the seated cushioned area. Close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend for a holiday break!

We had a lovely stay in Liz and Larry’s Patonga cabin. Comfy and very clean well equipped with everything you’ll need. Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating hosts. We arrived on a hot day and were welcomed with the AC on and some cool goodies in the fridge. There is easy access to a lovely walk along the river. Part of the front beach at Patonga is off leash for dogs, and the Boathouse Hotel and the ferry to Palm Beach are dog friendly. Looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Caves Beach. The location is fabulous right across the street from the beach and pub/shops etc. The house is well set up with everything we needed and we enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the view out to the water. The fully enclosed yard and tiles throughout the house was ideal for our dog who made the most of the dog friendly section of the beach. Sue was very helpful and responsive, a wonderful spot we hope to be back soon!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Gorgeous house, gorgeous spot. Paul’s place is lovely and had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Thoughtful touches like games, books, DVDs, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy couches and beds, and even a box of chocolates on arrival. We absolutely loved it all. Paul was responsive and helpful, a wonderful host. Thank you Paul for a fantastic family vacation.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

We have been travelling for 2 weeks and this was our favourite place so far! Great value for money, the apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. You could easily cook a basic meal if you wanted to but why would you when you can go down stairs to one of the many restaurants! Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Pool was downstairs was great, beach access literally downstairs was even better. Everything was clean and comfortable and Bernadette was friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future, 2 days wasn’t nearly enough

We are a family of 4 with an 11 and 8 yr old. This house was perfectly located in relation to the the main town road, the lake behind us, which you could see from the dining room, and the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 min through the cozy town, very easily accessible. The house was amazingly clean, she had every amenity that you could possibly want including salt, pepper, oils, glad wrap, tin foil, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, which I find important when you're staying for a week like we did. Felicity was very responsive. there was lots of storage space for your groceries, a washer and dryer were available, lots of places to hang up your towels to dry after a day at the beach. it truly was a very beautiful and cozy place to stay.

Fantastic location, miodern clean beautiful apartment, couldn't ask for anything more, 5 star recommendation for anybody wanting to stay in manly.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

My children and I absolutely adored staying at Gwen's place. It was a beautiful space and so close to the beach. The kids loved having the pool there. Gwen was so kind and helpful. We would love to go back again one day.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

We loved our stay at Debbie’s apartment, it’s clean and very comfortable, everything is provided Debbie is very thoughtful she has plenty of toiletries supply. Beautiful beach across the road and everything is in walking distance good restaurants and cafes. Debbie is very nice and friendly. Thank you Debbie, we’ll love to come back to your apartment.

This is a 6 star experience. The view and infinity pool are exquisite. The venue is very spacious, private and peaceful. All amenities are top shelf, and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The host is also very responsive and helpful. We will certainly come back

Fabulous little studio, absolutely immaculate. Great walking distance to Barrenjoey’s House. Amethyst was a great host, and super responsive. Would love to come back again and will definitely recommend. We were extremely sad to leave!

Alan’s house was absolutely brilliant on all levels. Alan’s communication was fantastic, and he was super flexible, allowing us to check in early after our long international flight. Having on site parking was really convenient. Alan’s house is in the perfect location to explore the northern beaches and Alan left clear and helpful instructions and local recommendations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the beach were wonderful. Leaving wine and goodies for us along with a personal note was the icing on the cake. We will be back cannot recommend Alan’s home highly enough!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Heavenly stay at Nicholas’s place for my sister’s birthday! The location and view are unbelievable. The beach is 1 minute walk, The Newport is only a 10min walk away. The view is like nothing I’ve experienced before, with the doors open you can hear the ocean. Nicholas was so kind and even made us coffees & smoothies in the morning that he left outside. We had complete privacy during our stay. Couldn’t recommend Nicholas or his place highly enough! Thank you for making my sister’s birthday weekend so special. We hope to come back and stay for longer next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Newport home, with all its amenities and the pool was a real bonus. The house was well organised and beautifully decorated. The host Taranvir was a gentleman and always assisted you when needed. We really recommend staying in this home with the luxuries you want when you are away, close to all the northern beaches and with a beautiful outlook.

What a wonderful week at Patonga. Margaret's place was just perfect for our post Christmas family relaxation. The view across to Palm beach is spectacular and the coming and goings of the boats was very entertaining. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. We loved the proximity of the water, just a hop skip and a jump. Having the pub and restaurant stumbling distance away was also very handy. Patonga has a lovely village feel and Margaret was a perfect host.

Carols place in paradise is amazing. The home itself is beautiful with everything you need and a fully fenced outdoor area. You can walk out the back gate and you are on the beach or walk 1min and you are at the local restaurant The Patonga Beach Hotel where the food is amazing. Lots to do in the area and a short drive to Umina and other beaches also. Carol is also quick at responding to any messages. Highly recommended. Thanks Carol
