Beachfront vacation rentals in Caves Beach

Second time staying, this time with a baby and we had a wonderful stay. Feels just like home, didn’t want to go home! Two days was too short for us, next time we will be booking for longer!

Incredible location, great air BnB. We were able to walk down to the beach, were overwhelmed by the walkable breakfast options and discovered a new go-to for beers and good food (Falcon). We loved making this little air BnB our home for the weekend. Thanks for having us Warwick and Newy!

Our stay at Liz & Larry’s Patonga cabin was fantastic. Hosts were friendly and helpful, accomodating an early check-in. Location was peaceful and relaxing with access to a beautiful waterfront area to sit and relax. A 5 minute walk to the beach and pub was an added bonus. Would return and recommend to family and friends.

Caves Beach is a beautiful location and amazing for families. Sue's place was the perfect location - right near the beach with stunning water views and the view of the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight. The house was big, private and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang about. Will definitely be booking this place again for another family holiday.

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Elizabeth’s place is a rare find. One minute walk to Dixon Park beach, very close to the Beaches Hotel, Merewether Surf House, and a short walk to the Junction precinct with a pub , cafes, restaurants and shops for everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped and very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host - friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. My second stay here and would come back anytime.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Could not fault anything about the stay, the place was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable which is a must. Would highly recommend. The communication and ease of check in was also great.

Wonderful location, local wildlife, fun and practical accommodation, Gwendoline’s has a Bali theme, relaxed and comfortable. And yes, there is a fire alarm. Highly recommended

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

The place was just the right accommodation for my family. The view is GORGEOUS. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch the sun rise. Debbie and Debra were very responsive and helpful. They've really set up the place for guests to feel at home. Will definitely book again. :)

We had the best stay with family. The location was perfect being right opposite the beach. The pool was fantastic. We spent the whole time going between the beach and pool. Very relaxing family holiday. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay hosted by Amanda was thorough, instructions very detailed, and thoughtful. No doubt Amanda’s guests are appreciative of the small touches that are there for your enjoyment. The weather was divine and we didn’t need to leave the space nor did we want to. Peaceful and relaxing looking across Careel Bay. We spent all of our time at the pool enjoying the ambience. Palm Beach is expensive as holiday accommodation is limited. However Amethyst's Studio has a great kitchen with good fridge etc if you want to cook - although we found the local cafe's and restaurants too good to miss. The Studio is above a garage well separated from the house. We found it private and quiet. The decor is modern and fresh. At first we drove to Palm Beach (The Studio is on the Pittwater side) but soon discovered that it was an easy twenty minute walk to the golf course and not much further to the beach. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Barrenjoey House which has a fantastic restaurant and bar. The Studio is perfect for a couple.

where do I start, Tiffany was the most amazing host always quick to respond and understanding of my situation thank you Tiffany. whale house will always have a special place in my heart it is very private with stunning views, this was the perfect place to hold my wedding. with the direct access to the lagoon and beach, walking into whale house felt like home. I would recommend Whale house to anyone, especially Tiffany as the host.

Absolutely a beautiful place, the views are absolutely breathtaking from every room in the house. it was really an amazing holiday for our family. the home was very comfortable everything was perfect. Thank you to the amazing host for having us and for all your wonderful recommendations. we will definitely be back as we miss your beautiful place already.

I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this incredible property. Absolute beachfront in Wamberal with amazing views of the ocean. This property was very luxurious and had everything that was needed. A great location away from the chaos of Terrigal. There is an excellent cafe/restaurant a few steps away (Wed-Sun). The beach is patrolled and Wamberal lagoon is a great option when the surf is too rough. Highly recommended.
