Vacation rentals with a patio in Cava de' Tirreni

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

I recommend the apartment. I felt at home. It was very clean and has bus connections near the center of Naples and you can go to different places. From there, the airport is nearby. Antonio was always responsible, asking if you were comfortable or needed something. So I recommend it.

With the added bonus of a most helpful, accommodating and fabulous host. Luigi couldn’t do enough for us, and made our stay very special and memorable. The apartment was in a fantastic location, had all the mod cons, was super clean and incredibly comfortable. The roof top terrace was sensational and the views breathtaking. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this perfect apartment and all the fabulous sites, sounds and flavours of the wonderful city that is Naples.

We stayed from January 2 to 6, we were a family of 9 people and so we had to divide. 5 people occupied apartment 8, very spacious. Two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and shower, and one, the library, where there were also 2 armchairs that could become 2 sun loungers, then there is a sofa bed in the entrance. Small but functional kitchenette for our needs, with tea and coffee to use. Another 4 were upstairs, in the attic room, from which you can access through a large terrace. Spacious room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Small bathroom complete with everything, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. We only used the rooms for sleeping so we had a good time. The common rooms, kitchen and "games" room with the 2 terraces upstairs, we did not use them (apart from reaching the room).

Apartment in the center of Vomero, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful host, my new point of reference for when I return to my city!

The is one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. The view is extraordinary! Luisa was super helpful. Yes, there is a walk up to the village as others have mentioned but we were ready for it. We found it easier to walk up the road rather than the stair route. The location is sooooo amazing it is worth it. Bus to Amalfi €1.50 each way but must get a ticket before hand. Ask at the cafe across the street. Property was immaculate and very well appointed. Beds and pillows divine. Would happily recommend and return.

Great home in Positano! It’s a very nice place and it was very clean. Host was incredible with helping us with the local information we needed to make the most of our stay. He recommended restaurants, transportation to take, and best views in the area

We had a great stay in Villa Xenia. Gian Luca is a great host - friendly, responsive, very helpful with recommendations and how to enjoy the Amalfi Coast best. He offered help in arranging transportation, setting up a day on boat cruising the Amalfi Coast, guidance on how to get around on the Amalfi Coast, restaurant and shopping recommendations. His property is newly renovated and has nice space inside and out.

Absolutely loved it!! Dream location. Some stairs so pack a little light but worth every single step - gorgeous place, bucket list beautiful, great hosts. Thank you & will definitely be back!

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

This is a beautiful apartment in the historic part of Napoli. We had a lot of luggage, which meant the stairs to get up to the apartment was a bit painful, but otherwise it has everything you need, including great shower water pressure! It's a very modern space, a big contrast from what is outside, is spotlessly clean, and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Can definitely recommend.

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Clean, spacious and bright flat. It has everything you need for a great stay in Naples. Excellent the presence of two bathrooms, one dedicated to each room, which allows the right privacy between the two rooms. No more leakage issues! :)

Apartment that matches the pictures. Space for two people, no more. Suitable for people who are able to take the stairs, because it is practically on a third floor, which was reported in the listing. The location is excellent because it is within walking distance of the Duomo and therefore from the most characteristic area of Naples. From the Central Satzione we arrived on foot in 20 minutes (we only had one backpack as luggage). Stefano welcomed us and gave us tips to make the most of the city.

Fabrizio was a great host, responsive and attentive. The place is big, bright and clean. Neighbors are a bit noisy tho. Location is great.
