Excellent home, comfortable, super recommend. Affordable price, great communication with host. But for those who want to explore Aracaju and get to know the center and other places, it is far away.

The apartment is wonderful, very well ventilated, organized and comfortable. It has a great location, near Praia do Saco Abaís and Lagoa dos Tambaquis. The condominium is a show; it has a large leisure area. Quiet and pleasant family atmosphere. As for Aline, always very kind, attentive and always responded very quickly. We have incredible days!!

Mr. Cássio is very helpful, his house is beautiful,everything in very good taste, I felt at home with all the comfort, the condominium and spectacular, my family used a lot, I already stayed in other accommodation there in the condominium, but this one was definitely the best. The beautiful, more than expected home, comfortable, caring and welcoming hosts, my group loved the entire stay, we were in a group of 10 people and everyone was comfortable in the accommodations, I highly recommend.

Wow I don’t know how to write just how blessed this place is! Deserving of super host, they thought of everything to make our short stay incredible. Exactly what Airbnb should be -an individual who really cares about you! Would definitely return, worth the price. We were able to hold a family event there & now it’s going to be a place that everyone returns to. Comfortable for 9 to sleep but can fit more, so very affordable for a group. The time I had alone there with my partner was bliss, such luxury. Very comfy beds. Great showers, hot water option. Flexible check in/out & super friendly, so we felt comfortable. The host will message before you trip - I recommend getting & saving the directions before you drive there, as the internet can drop out near to the area. Has all those useful home away from home things like bin bags, extra towels, repellent, etc. Wifi was excellent. I’d say it’s even more beautiful than the photos. Plus, we got to watch dolphins each day!!

Great option for family in Aracaju, the house is exactly as described, modern, well divided and functional. To be perfect, one more bathroom was enough, since it has 3/4 and only 2 bathrooms, 1 in the suite. The large and nice outdoor area, super ventilated. I indicate too much.

Super recommend kitnet, I was the first of many times that I will return, Fernandes is a super attentive guy, responds fast, capricious, flexible in being able to help you with dates, check in or checkout, whichever you need he helps you, I got a brother friend, the kitnet has everything you need for day to day, I feel at real house, good bed, air conditioning, wifi, TV, sofa, kitchen with everything, the kitnet is tidy and has everything msm and the best, it has the best price of Aracaju. It has a nearby market, bakery, close to the waterfront, the beaches, it can come to settle, because it is very worth it. Super recommend!

An apartment to feel at home. We sleep well and the air conditioner cooled right. Clean apartment Great front desk Edna cares about every detail. It left juice, fruit, eggs and coffee for the first meal. I was very happy with these details because you will not always find this type of reception in other places.
