Appartment is well situated for access to the centre and the nearby Auchan makes food shopping easy. It is also within 15m walking distance of a large vineyard which does tasting tours.

Caroline was very responsive and very kind, the apartment was naughty and very nice. Everything was perfect!!!

Julia was great in communicating and happy to answer questions. The apartment is new and well done. We especially liked the shower. The kitchen was excellent as well. One can hear a bit of noise from the street in the living room but we slept well as the bedrooms were not on the street. While the neighborhood is fairly 'plain, modern' in style, it is a short 5 minute walk to the tram, and only a few stops into the heart of Bordeaux...so a good location! Check-in and out were smooth, and Julia always responded to any questions and was happy to help with "how to get around Bordeaux" questions, too.

I am glad I booked to stay here during my Volunteering assignment with Paris 2024 Olympics. This was my first visit to France . The tram station next door to this location was a big factor to make this a great experience.

For my second visit, I was happy to find this quiet accommodation with a view of nature. Communication with Ludovic is always so fluid and he is really responsive. Would definitely stay again 😉

A perfect apartment..charming..overlooking the Basilica de Saint Michel and the roofs of the Area. In the heart of Centro. we were 5 days ..getting to know the city and surroundings. Thanks to the hosts for everything They communicated quickly and offered a lot of help and advice. The welcome was great..and we love those beautiful spiral stairs. Merciiii

I had a pleasant stay. True to the description, quiet corners, 10 min from the tram and very responsive host who was able to solve a small problem. I recommend it!

Just a FYI the toilet area is very small if you're a bigger person you may have issues with going to the bathroom.

Everything was great, the accommodation was exactly as described. Super cozy and nice. The ideal outdoor area, especially if you are going with a pet. We will definitely stay here again.
