Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Caudan

We were lucky enough to spend 4 weeks at Carl & Tiphaine's. Modern house, very functional and pleasant to stay in, widely equipped, it benefits from a very pleasant and quiet terrace, even in August. Its location is perfect for visiting and living on the island. Communication with Carl & Tiphaine, as well as Pierrick is very simple. We highly recommend these hosts.

Beautiful villa, with magnificent ocean views. Even in rainy and windy weather we loved it. A beautiful walk from the GR 34, which runs along the entire coast, at the foot of the house. The villa is in perfect condition, the amenities of the house are great. Beatrice is a very welcoming host, who gives good advice about the area. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. You can go there without hesitation.

Lovely stay at Valerie’s home in Port Louis! Home was in a great location and suited all our needs for an extended stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in a warm and pleasant house, very well-equipped and functional. Special mention for the garden, which is really very nice. Our host was attentive in very friendly exchanges. We'll be happy to go back.

Beautiful place to stay, peaceful, comfortable with everything you could need. Very close to coast and wonderful walks. Also never saw anything like the amazing stars at night!

Pleasant and functional house to accommodate several families. Close to the beach, it is possible to walk there. Jacques is very welcoming , we even had homemade crepes!

Ideally located in the beautiful city of Lorient. Easy to access. The dilapidated common areas is quickly forgotten when we enter the apartment very well arranged and fully equipped. Fully enclosed balcony, ideal for the safety of young children. The kids were delighted to find a whole bunch of toys and books. I recommend it!

We spent 2 days in Sophie's place, from Friday, March 14 to Sunday, March 16. The accommodation is very nice, spacious and bright, we spent 2 beautiful family evenings there. The rooms are also very spacious, and the bedding very comfortable. If we have the opportunity to return to La Trinité sur Mer, we would definitely book with Sophie.

Recommended! Great stay! The armchairs and hot tub are a real plus!

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Denis's. The accommodation was very nice, very comfortable and clean with all the necessities inside. Very well decorated. We were well received, with small touches like a bottle of cider and Breton cakes which was very appreciated. The accommodation is well located for beautiful walks. However, be careful as we told you to be clearer in your listing about the cleaning fee that we have to pay in person. It is indeed stated at the end in your house rules but not at all highlighted in your description, which is why we did not see it. We were taken aback and disappointed to learn after payment by message. We also found them high (€70) compared to the size of the apartment.

A very good time spent in a very well decorated accommodation with facilities worthy of a luxury hotel. no complaints. Host is attentive and perfect in his responsiveness.

This accommodation is ideally located in the center of Auray with a public parking lot next door. Rémy is very accommodating on arrival and departure and does not lack attention in his welcome. The apartment on the ground floor is cozy, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend it.

A wonderful week with family at Jean Michel and Marie's place. Everything is there to feel good. The house is impeccable, perfectly equipped, very well arranged and the beds are good. The location is ideal with the waterfront right in front of the house and the city center a 2-minute walk away. Thank you Marie for being there when we arrived and for these lovely touches! We loved Etel and will be back soon we hope!

Beautiful, spacious house in a fantastic location right on the beach and great views. Very quiet surroundings, only the sound of the sea can be heard. Upstairs a cozy living room with well-functioning oven, a huge bathroom and a bedroom with very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen, everything sparkling clean. Huge terrace right on the water. That's why it's clearly five stars - 4.5 stars would be if you could give them because the heating control in the kitchen didn't really work. We tried to increase the temperature on the first, still very cool days, but there was no effect; in the kitchen it was 19 degrees. The thermostat (apparently central for the whole house) was also by no means self-explanatory, and we did not find instructions. So that could be improved. But that shouldn't be a problem in the warmer months anyway. Overall strong recommendation!

Very nice family home for a stay with several people, with beautiful decoration. The game room is great for kids as well as the large garden. The house is close to amenities and downtown Auray.

Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and particularly the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities for walks from the house. We felt “at home.”

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

Rosemary welcomed us very well, we have never had such a well-equipped accommodation. It went very well, we recommend it without hesitation!
