Somewhat older and a bit quirky little house. Despite some wear and tear, very cosy and well equipped place to stay. Nice location near the coast, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Big garden is a great asset. There is a very busy road nearby, but it is a 30 km road in the centre of town, so no traffic noise at all.

Accommodation completely in accordance with the description. The house is functional, very clean and pleasant with its large living room that overlooks the park and the forest. We spent 10 days with the family, in absolute calm enjoying a perfect environment for nature lovers. We are 20 minutes from the beaches, Auray, Carnac and megalithic sites. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday near the Golf while avoiding the crowds. Luc and Françoise, the owners, are considerate and very friendly.

Great stay with Anne-Charlotte who was flexible on our arrival and departure times, which allowed us to fully enjoy! The common areas are very comfortable, the light and views of the garden are great, and the Nordic bath was super appreciated!:) It is also a very good location to go to Quiberon or see the island of Saint Caro, very pretty. The only small downside, if you have to find one: the house was very close to the road, quite busy, I imagined it a little + quiet. Overall very happy with our WE with friends anyway!

Very nice stay spent in Isabelle's beautiful home. The house is very well equipped (barbecue, plancha, bikes available, etc...), it feels good, cozy atmosphere, seaside atmosphere, 5 minutes by bike from the village and a small family beach. Very good comfortable bedding. Pleasant exchanges, efficient and very responsive with Isabelle. Thank you Isabelle for giving us a great week of vacation.

This place is exactly as described, it's even nicer in real life than in the photos. located in the city center you will walk everywhere which is very nice. we had a great time in this beautiful little village. Indeed, as indicated, the access to the accommodation is really sloping and the reverse step with good retro required to get out.

Ideally located in the beautiful city of Lorient. Easy to access. The dilapidated common areas is quickly forgotten when we enter the apartment very well arranged and fully equipped. Fully enclosed balcony, ideal for the safety of young children. The kids were delighted to find a whole bunch of toys and books. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Denis's. The accommodation was very nice, very comfortable and clean with all the necessities inside. Very well decorated. We were well received, with small touches like a bottle of cider and Breton cakes which was very appreciated. The accommodation is well located for beautiful walks. However, be careful as we told you to be clearer in your listing about the cleaning fee that we have to pay in person. It is indeed stated at the end in your house rules but not at all highlighted in your description, which is why we did not see it. We were taken aback and disappointed to learn after payment by message. We also found them high (€70) compared to the size of the apartment.

Very nice property, in a lovely location. On the beach, with lovely views of the active seaway. Form all floors of the house views were beautiful . The deck allowed for al fresco eating, direct access to the beach and lovely sunsets. The house is situated in a quiet undisturbed neighbourhood with sufficient local amenities, especially the SPAR and the market on Thursdays. Access to local towns by small, regular passenger ferries was a pleasant find. Overall we spent a relaxing and comfortable holiday and were sad to leave.

Such a wonderful place to stay. We all had an unforgettable holiday. Carine was a fantastic host, and couldn't have been more helpful. We hope that we will have the opportunity to stay there again some time soon.

Very nice family home for a stay with others with a beautiful decoration . The playroom is great for kids as well as the large garden . The house is close to conveniences and the center of Auray .

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We had a great weekend with the family. Beautiful house with full of equipment available. Close to the ocean. Everything we were looking for. We didn't miss a thing. A big thank you to the Groom team for their hospitality and sympathy. We will come back without hesitation.
