Vacation rentals with lake access in Cattaraugus County

Great place and even while staying in winter, I can see this place being great for the summer months as well. Super peaceful and private. Jane communicated great and very responsive. We weren’t expecting to have the driveway clearing from all the snow that fell, but they did and it was so nice.

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

This was an excellent stay and suited my purpose well. I loved the fireplace! The communication was great and very helpful. I stayed during an "off" season, but there was still plenty to do. Highly recommend and will stay there again if available.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ashford Villa. It had ample space for several families to bunk together yet have enough private space as well. There was good space for gathering for adults and kids separately. It had ample space and was close to skiing in Ellicotville. We will definitely stay again!

All the wonderful and positive things you will read about Coleen’s place are absolutely true! No hesitation needed, you will find a comfortable space tucked away on a cozy farm. If you love animals, the pups, cats and horses are so lovely and they do not bother you at all, if that’s what you wish. You can tell how much these hosts want you to feel as at home as possible and you definitely will. Coming from a city girl myself this stay is such a nice getaway! Not far from all of the fun in Ellicottville where you can hit the slopes, cafes and bars and then drive a short trip back to this cute farm oasis. I come to this area all of the time to enjoy what it has to offer and this is one place I will surely be back to. Looking forward to summer so I can come back and do some horseback riding as well. Julia’s home was exactly as advertised, a beautiful and private property with all the amenities we needed to make ourselves at home on a week long winter trip. Located just a few minutes from all the fun Ellicottville has to offer, it was overall a great experience.

Exactly what my group of friends were looking for on our annual ski trip weekend. Very private setting and the perfect place for a group gathering with a very open living room format. We spent most of our time at Holiday Valley Resort skiing and the other time at the house laughing it up with friends from college. 10/10 would recommend staying here. Thanks Thomas!

David’s house felt private with beautiful surroundings and scenery and had many amenities for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for two couples and a dog. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and having two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the grill and appreciated the laundry equipment. David’s place was perfect to unwind after skiing at Holiday Valley. We also appreciated the kind welcome note that said to relax and have fun! Would definitely stay again!
