Condo vacation rentals in Catania

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse und der Ausblick ein Traum. Angelo hat sich schnell und gut gekümmert und auch einen sehr freundlichen Fahrer für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert. Auf dem Europaplatz vor dem Haus ist auch Nachts einiges los, aber dank der Höhe der Wohnung ist das nicht störend. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist dank des Bahnhofs „Europa“ und AMTS-Bussen (die allerdings hin und wieder einfach vor dem Eintreffen an der Haltestelle - obwohl angekündigt - verschwinden und man so deutlich länger warten muss) gut. Auch eine U-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe. Um Catania kennen zu lernen muss man also kein Auto ausleihen. Einen Tipp von dem netten Transfer-Fahrer geben wir gerne weiter. Pasticceria Verlora & Bonvegna, Via Asiago 60 (also ganz in der Nähe). Unbedingt hingehen: Ein Törtchen-Genussparadies!

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Livio al quale porgo le mie scuse per aver lasciato odore di fumo in casa, abbiamo fumato in terrazza ma probabilmente il vento ha portato in casa un po’ di odore, però ho ricompensato il problema con la cifra da Livio richiesta 🙏

Lovely bright spacious apartment in convenient location with an easy walk to the train station, shops and restaurants Super clean, well equipped and delightful hosts. Communication was really good beforehand and then Agnes met us on our arrival to show around and provided recommendations. We were also left lots of lovely treats and drinks in the fridge which were appreciated. Beds were comfy, shower good, we had everything we needed and apartment was in a quiet location. Great large roof terrace, unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best for our stay so we didn’t get as much use out of it as we hoped but would be lovely for sunny weather. The wind we had did help dry our washing out there though! Would 100% recommend this apartment for a stay in Sorrento

A charming and beautifully located spot in the heart of Taormina. The space was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. The host was attentive and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay.

We stayed at Virginia's home for 3 nights. She always communicated immediately with helpful recommendations and information. The location was perfect, with the train station less than 10 minutes walking distance. We did not have a car so the proximity of the train, little grocery stores, the main street and piazzas all within walking distance was essential for us. We arranged for her son, Antonio to pick us up at the airport for a hassel free check in. Antonio also brought us back to the train station in Naples and gave us a tour of the city. They are both so kind and helpful, truly amazing people. They made our stay so enjoyable. The home itself was equipped with everything you could need, very clean, spacious, bright and welcoming. Virginia left a few staples for us to get started . The view was awesome and being on the 4th floor it was quiet as well. I cannot say enough about our stay at Virginia and Antonio's place. I highly recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Antonios apartment! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip, location wise its convenient for getting around the city and surrounded by great restaurants. Antonio is incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again when in Naples.

The appartment is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large providing views of the mountain and the sea. The master bedroom is spacious. The second single bedroom is 'compact'. The location is ideal. On the edge of the tourist zone we only met locals. A good supermarket 2 Min walk away and the bus station only 5 mins away. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I come back to Capri I will stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay and Maurizio was such a nice host. It's perfect if you're looking for a good value place where you can enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi Coast in a smaller town without the big crowds in the other more touristy towns like Amalfi or Positano. We loved staying here because the beach is so close and there was a delicious/cheap pizza place right next to it. You can spend the day relaxing or doing breathtaking hikes nearby. The other towns were really easy to get to by bus or ferry. Maurizio gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

The best airbnb host ever. She went above and beyond, from greeting us upon arrival, giving local recommendations, and even bringing us pastries on the day of our departure- she was just lovely and helpful the entire stay. The apartment was spotless and well stocked. The balcony was absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to the main streets of Sorrento. But again, Maria is what really made the stay special. I’d 100 percent stay here again.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

They came and found us when we got a little lost, trying to find the place. That was outstanding by itself. The location is just as described by others. Absolutely beautiful. Very easy to walk to all the main attractions and shopping. Full kitchen made it easy to save a little money on breakfast and such. Rocca answered all questions easily. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Berta was very helpful throughout. The location is excellent, easy to walk into sorrento.

Nette Gastgeberin Schönes Haus Nette Gegend

Guilia's place is spectacular! It's better than the photos with gorgeous views of the sea, mountains, city and even Calabria in the distance. The grounds are immaculate with a huge private terrace for meals and drinks and a massive pool that feels like your own private resort. Giulia's family lives in the other units and were always friendly and helpful but not intrusive in the least. Even Papaya the dog knew when to leave us to ourselves lol! The interior is pristine and spacious. As many have pointed out the town center is about a 10-15 minute walk away. So you are very close to all the restaurants and shops but away from the tourist hordes. Taormina is hilly but most of the walk is relatively flat. Traffic is not a worry, we did not encounter much of it on our walks. Also, Italian drivers, although speedy, are careful and well aware of pedestrians. Giulia is a fantastic host, always quick to provide recommendations and respond to our questions. Wish we could have stayed forever!

짐이 많아서 걱정했는데, 호스트가 직접 오셔서 도와주셨습니다. 정말 감사합니다! 그리고 숙소에 궁금한 점이나 작은 문제가 생기면 신속하게 처리해주셔서 좋았어요. 숙소 위치도 시내에 걸어다니기 정말 좋고, 숙소 바로 옆에 유료 주차장도 있어서 렌트하신 분들도 편하게 이용 가능해요. 숙소에 수영장도 있어서 여름에는 수영하기도 정말 좋을 것 같아요. 부엌도 있고, 화장실도 깨끗하니 모든게 만족스러운 숙소였습니다! 아말피에 가면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소에요 :)

Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind war der Check In völlig problemlos - ebenso wie der Check out. Giovanni war immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet und immer eine gute Lösung gefunden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und eine riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick auf der wir unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war tadellos, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße- man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Giovanni und seine Frau Francesca sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Marcella is a warm and responsive host. She allowed us to check in very early and her place was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Domenica und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Un logement très propre, avec des matériaux de qualité, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un emplacement stratégique pour aller visiter à pied. Le charme des ruelles éclairées le soir nous a émerveillé dès le 1er soir. Pas de problème pour se garer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique logement. Merci Paul. The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

The breathtaking view is worth every penny and Ciompi is fantastic host, although easy to find on the map I would strongly recommend using the metro unless an experienced homer, as Google maps loves taking you up the stairs! Great pizza place just the local shops and a short walk from buses and metro, the walk to the central city is nice going downstairs too. 11/10 recommendation!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.
