Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Çatalköy

Dear era, thank you so much for the great time at your place. We were warmly welcomed and we didn't miss anything. Since we were there over Christmas, there was even a Christmas tree and a homemade cake. We have never been so lovingly pampered in an AirBnB. Your house was beautiful, well equipped and we could go swimming every morning in the small bay just a few steps away. Those looking for errors will not find any! Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great, the house was clean. There was even basic food. It was immaculately clean before everything and we stayed like our own home, it was comfortable and peaceful for us. The houses of sorts are always cold because they are tiles, but the air conditioners and the heater were working very well, so don't be cold. The garden had lush orange and lemon trees. It was very nice. Thank you again and again for everything and really took care of it:)

This place is a 10/10! Very responsive host who allowed us to check out 3 hours later. Very clean and very well located accommodation with swimming pool cleaned 2 times a week, beach, activated and restaurants right next door (10min drive from Ayia Napa). Hopefully, we'll be back next year!

It is a very cozy apartment! There is enough space for a big family, comfortable furniture, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is clean. It is warm in the winter as there is central heating. Also it is pet friendly, it was very important for us. We liked our stay there. Totally recommend!

We booked it only because of private pool and what we got was….. Lots of. 1.drinking water bottles, 2.biscuit packets. 3.freezer full of ice cubes&ice cream. 4.toilet rolls and kitchen towels 5.shower gel and shampoo in both bathrooms. 6.every other day pool maintenance. 7.tables every where for you to sit and enjoy your tea, coffee or food. 8.fully functional kitchen with new dishes. 9. New air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and sitting room. 10.own gated parking. 11. Washing machine with soap powder and softener. The reason i mentioned all these petty things is to show how committed she is to her guests( personally i haven’t seen someone supplying those things in my past experiences). In the end a happy heavily tanned family of six returning home just because of a little extra effort put in by the super host, thanks Ayca, hope to see you soon

great host, easy communication. The house is very clean and perfectly located to visit Larnaca. 15 minutes on foot to city center.

Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Comfortable for families with the kids Lots of walking tones. Everything was great!

Separately, I want to note the convenient location — you can walk to many interesting places. Lovely neighborhood, everything at your fingertips! Maria's place was amazing. The location is within walking distance from very good restaurants and the beach, yet private in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, we really appreciated the two bedrooms. We liked the terrace, as well as the small (but functional) kitchen. All the ammenities listed were present and functional (though the hair dryer could have been a bit more powerful). The check-in process went smooth, but we didn't really like there was only one key (also attached to the card required for power).

Family friendly appartment, we are family of 4 (2+6 years) and we all slept really well. In October we didn’t use air conditioning at all. Elevator to 2nd floor, super easy parking. 10minutes walk to a great beach where it was not windy during few windy days. Cheap loungers on the beach next to a lovely hotel where you can use toilets. Good supermarket with great coffee on the way to the beach. Also nice restaurants. Apartment was very spacious!! Plenty of towels for inside and beach. I really liked the bathroom. We felt like home.

A lovely host and apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The unit is very well located, with nice promenade and lota of restaurants nearby. With 5 minutes by car to the airport the unit is really good base to start your journey through the Cyprus. Accommodation is by smart lock, unit was clean and well equipped.

It was the best airbnb house we've stayed in a long time. The location is located in the middle of nature. 5 minutes by car to the hotels area. The interior of the house was spacious and quite spacious. All the basics are considered. Thank you to Ms. Nermin for their help.

The flat in real life looks better than on the photos themselves, remarkable location, private car park and very well furnished. The flat was very clean, everything was new. Will return, recommend for sure. 10/10

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Thank you to the host and property manager! First impression was great due to so welcoming host and property manager. Apartment was very nice, clean and convenient. Really good place to stay if you eant to feel like at home!
