Vacation rentals with beach access in Caswell Beach

Such a beautiful place, it was clean and had everything that I needed during the stay. So close to the beach which was great. The host was clear on instructions and was able to answer any questions that I had. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your condo!

Emily was super responsive and nice when I had to call her when we checked in. We brought motorcycles and she was able to alert the property manager so they wouldn’t get towed without the parking pass. The location was fantastic. The tide was super high but we were able to access the beach by walking past the pier bar. We were thankful they had a couple of sand chairs for us to use, since we had to pack light. The shower could use some TLC but it was clean. Overall, a great experience at a great location.

The place was beautiful, very big. Walk to the boardwalk and beach very easy. A lot of restaurants to walk at. Host was very nice. I will definitely rent again, I’m so ready . Also loved all the windows with the sun shining in. We’ll be back !!!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place was pristine. We loved the area and look forward to coming back during the summer months. We definitely would rebook Michael’s place. You will not be disappointed if you book his place.

Second time staying here and had an amazing time! The golf cart made it so easy to travel to the boardwalk and to drive around the town! You will feel right at home here!

Maribeth and John made us feel right at home! The apartment was all that she listed and more; the "kitchenette" had everything you needed to make a meal--she even had fresh eggs, tea, coffee and snacks! The living areas (inside and out) were very clean and welcoming. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. You could relax on every turn~~inside the apartment, in the hot tub, the patio, the tiki bar, the dock on the Intercoastal Waterway, fish, canoe, kayak, bike...!!! It was a wonderful place and Maribeth and John were absolutely wonderful host. 5 PLUS stars!

We have been coming to OKI for over 40 years. This is by far the best rental. Super clean. Great floor plan. Plenty of room. Pet friendly.

This place was perfect for our trip to Oak Island for our family’s running event. The beds were a little stiff, maybe bring a mattress topper if you need a soft mattress. Otherwise, it was excellent and my niece and nephew had fun playing with the toys in the double bunkbed room!! We had everything we needed for the weekend trip!

We could not have asked for a better weekend for my wife's birthday. The house was incredible, comfortable beds and furniture, the view was amazing. I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't perfect. if this house is available next time we have a getaway, we will be booking again.

We were pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt cared for in the accommodations. The view is perfect even in the rain!

Steven and Kim's place was cozy and just a Stones throw from the beach. eight of us stayed there comfortably there was a lot of nice outdoor space around the house a well equipped kitchen, nice living area and comfortable beds. highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach and staying at David’s place. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. It was so nice having sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags available upon arrival. David was a great communicator and updated us during our stay with important information, which I found very helpful. Super great location to the beach and lots of things to do. Would definitely be back! Thanks again!

This was a wonderful place, great view. It was quiet, we went in November, off peak season. The place was immaculate, a nice cozy feel to it. We appreciated the Keurig and stock Keurig coffee cups. Vanessa was easy to work with, and we have no complaints or negative thoughts at all. Thanks for the great condo stay.

The AirBnB was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful location with easy access to the beach that was wonderfully peaceful. I’d recommend this to any couple looking for a getaway!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

The location of Ryan’s home is incredible: it is right on a beautiful and wide beach; it is easy walking distance to stores, shops, and restaurants; and it is a short drive to other amenities. Ryan’s home is a perfect beach getaway; it has everything one needs to spend a comfortable vacation at the beach (and Ryan is very clear about what is not provided)). The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Even though we stayed in December, we spent much of our time on the deck. The deck is large with multiple seating areas, and, most importantly, the views are amazing. We had a great time.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! Easy to find and just a quick walk to the boardwalk and resteraunts. Alana sent clear instructions on checking in and when I did have a question, she responded in minutes. Condo was artfully decorated, clean, and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the deck with tall comfortable furnishing making it easy to enjoy the ocean front view. IMO, the hidden gem was the front balcony off the master bedroom where you could enjoy the sound of the live bands playing down the street! I am already planning on coming back in the spring!
