Vacation rentals with beach access in Caswell Beach

Such a beautiful place, it was clean and had everything that I needed during the stay. So close to the beach which was great. The host was clear on instructions and was able to answer any questions that I had. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your condo!

Emily was super responsive and nice when I had to call her when we checked in. We brought motorcycles and she was able to alert the property manager so they wouldn’t get towed without the parking pass. The location was fantastic. The tide was super high but we were able to access the beach by walking past the pier bar. We were thankful they had a couple of sand chairs for us to use, since we had to pack light. The shower could use some TLC but it was clean. Overall, a great experience at a great location.

The place was beautiful, very big. Walk to the boardwalk and beach very easy. A lot of restaurants to walk at. Host was very nice. I will definitely rent again, I’m so ready . Also loved all the windows with the sun shining in. We’ll be back !!!

Donna, one of the owners, met us and allowed us to check in early. She was super helpful, caring and accommodating. Perfect spot for a Long Beach weekend. Just love Kure Beach!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros- -Clean, well equipped house -Close to beach, boardwalk and restaurants -In a nice, quiet neighborhood - Felt safe -Responsive, friendly host and manager -Golf carts available to rent -Reasonable check out requirements Cons- -Next door neighbor's yard and pool were gross (no fault of host/property and didn't directly impact our stay) -Dishwasher and washing machine are kind of loud -Blue golf cart's battery didn't last very long

Maribeth and John made us feel right at home! The apartment was all that she listed and more; the "kitchenette" had everything you needed to make a meal--she even had fresh eggs, tea, coffee and snacks! The living areas (inside and out) were very clean and welcoming. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. You could relax on every turn~~inside the apartment, in the hot tub, the patio, the tiki bar, the dock on the Intercoastal Waterway, fish, canoe, kayak, bike...!!! It was a wonderful place and Maribeth and John were absolutely wonderful host. 5 PLUS stars!

We have been coming to OKI for over 40 years. This is by far the best rental. Super clean. Great floor plan. Plenty of room. Pet friendly.

Wonderful place! Spotless, comfy, plenty of kitchen tools, upstairs bedroom room with balcony is fantastic! Great beach front location, yet still super close to grocery, etc. Really appreciated Jennifer’s flexibility with checkout time.

This place was perfect for our trip to Oak Island for our family’s running event. The beds were a little stiff, maybe bring a mattress topper if you need a soft mattress. Otherwise, it was excellent and my niece and nephew had fun playing with the toys in the double bunkbed room!! We had everything we needed for the weekend trip!

We could not have asked for a better weekend for my wife's birthday. The house was incredible, comfortable beds and furniture, the view was amazing. I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't perfect. if this house is available next time we have a getaway, we will be booking again.

Steven and Kim's place was cozy and just a Stones throw from the beach. eight of us stayed there comfortably there was a lot of nice outdoor space around the house a well equipped kitchen, nice living area and comfortable beds. highly recommend

Wonderful quaint peaceful condo. Felt very comfortable and pretty views. So close to restaurants and bars and beautiful walking path right out the door. The hosts were beyond amazing and attentive, especially since we arrived Christmas Day!

Vanesa's place is awesome. This was my second time here. It was exactly how I remembered. The layout is great and the location is the best. I look forward to coming back again in the future.

We loved our stay at Carolina Beach. I would say this is a great place for folks looking for a more active beach vacation. The condo is set back a block from the beach and on the third floor so be prepared to get your steps in. We love to walk and are especially fond of Freeman Park so this worked out well for us. The closest beach access was rocky and you have to walk a ways to get to a clear stretch of beach. The place itself was clean and we enjoyed the decor. All the utilities worked great and we especially enjoyed the electric fire place for the colder winter nights. I think it was probably much quieter being that it was December as we didn’t hear or see many neighbors. We are so grateful for our stay and for such friendly, helpful hosts.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Ryan's place was just what my family and I needed for a nice getaway for my birthday. Everything was as described. The deck was amazing and huge. There was a walkway right down to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was fun watching the gulls and terns and cormorants and pelicans dive for fish and my kids even spotted some dolphins. Ryan was very helpful and friendly and responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we go to the beach if it is available. Highly recommend.

Super cute and comfy condo steps from the beach and all things fun! I've been staying for years at another one of the host's properties and this was my 1st time at the condo, and it was amazing! Lisa and Mark take great care of their places and guests. This was perfect!
