Beach house vacation rentals in Caswell Bay

Came from the midlands for a couple of nights to watch Wrestlemania with some friends. The TV was the main reason we came but everything else was as described. Cleanliness and a cosy living space was what stood out to us. I’d definitely look into coming back for another event if you have up to 2 or 3 other friends

Another fantastic few days at Vera’s beautiful place at Horton. The house is immaculate and has recently been decorated so it looks even better. You cannot beat the location, right on the beach with amazing panoramic views. If you want a quiet break, with great walks and a beach front location this would be hard to beat.

We stayed for 3 nights, fabulous house equipped with everything you need and conveinient location. You can easily walk to the beach and the shops, lots to do plenty of places to eat and drink. Would recommend and would love to return. Thankyou

We had a lovely stay. Spotless house with everything we needed and a beautiful view of the estuary through the big windows. A short walk from the castle ruins above the shoreline and lots of walks. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

Great place to stay, so close to everything you need at The Mumbles, spotlessly clean couldn’t fault it………….thank you for everything.

Extremely comfortable, the welcome touches of milk and orange juice were lovely. Responsive host when messaged to ask about a tiny issue, fixed the next day without interrupting our day. Everything you'd like in the kitchen and bathroom. Car parking was on road outside and needs a local permit, some times of day parking was busy. Vicky was great at helping to apply for the visitor permit on our behalf. Shops two minutes with everything you'd need for a few nights. Had lovely meals at local dog friendly restaurants (Oyster House and Croeso Lounge). Gorgeous walks along sea front and pier, Oystermouth Castle grounds free entry so space for dogs to play outside the house. Would return again soon!

Metin was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. He made me felt at ease with my 3 dogs. THREE DOGS! He made us all felt so comfortable. It was so easy to communicate with Metin as well. He’s always at the end of the phone for whatever I needed. The front bedroom was not only GORGEOUS.. the view, it was breathtaking. I can only imagine what it would look like in summer… or even in cold winter but dry day. I planned on coming back to stay longer to go on more adventures ♥️

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Jill’s home. Our friends were visiting from France and Swansea was on our bucket list. Jill’s place was perfect for what we needed - a home away from home 🥰. So many great restaurants, beach was a 10min walk away & we rode bikes back from Mumbles. We truly felt like kids again. The home had beautiful decor, smelt incredible, homely and clean. The 2 living rooms is great for couples who like to have some alone time or movie nights. Jill was so responsive & helpful, very kind to accommodate any needs me had & even bumped into her on our way out, it was a pleasure meeting you Jill & if we are back in Swansea, we will definitely book again 🙏🏾

Great place to stay! We had a lovely trip with our extended family. The house is well equipped and host communication excellent.

The chalet was a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. Very quiet area in the evenings and within walking distance of beaches and the nearby mumbles town for things to do in the day. If we are looking for a nearby weekend away next year, Wilf's place will be hard to beat.

Marks cottage was a great place for a family get together! Really great location for walks and beaches. Mark was friendly and answered any questions we had. Would recommend for big groups.

Great refurbished house, easy to find and located perfectly for the beach. Good road links to nearby places to visit. House was a great size for our family of 5 and a dog. Host was helpful and responsive. We would happily stay again next time we're staying in the area.

Lovely house, extremely clean and well-equipped in a quiet location with allocated parking at the front of the property. Carol is a great host - left a personal ‘welcome’ note and some great Welsh cakes & Easter biscuits. Such a lovely touch. The bedrooms are well set up and comfy. The location was perfect for access to Pembrey Country Park (the purpose of our stay). We thoroughly recommend Carol and her property - will definitely stay at No 11 again 😊

We had a wonderful few days in Swansea, celebrating my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. The house in West Cross was perfect for us, we could walk down to the sea and it was near enough to everywhere we needed to get to. The view from the house is spectacular! Our hosts were very kind, and the house was really comfortable.

Really lovely and personal cottage for our Easter weekend away. The space worked well as two of the bedrooms were away from the main one, so we could be near our toddler without disturbing her grandparents too much! The outdoor terrace was great on our sunny days and the living room was very cosy on the rainy ones!

We all felt at home and the kids didn't want to leave, they fell in love with the place and so do I and my wife. Ceri gave clear instructions and everything was the way she said it. It was a great pleasure to stay there.

A beautiful house in an unbeatable location in Mumbles. Close to supermarkets, local beaches and amenities. Two very comfortable bedrooms, modern bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The property was spotlessly clean and the host was very responsive. Easy to check in with the lock box.

Trudie’s place was perfect for us. We were traveling from abroad and needed a place for friends and family to come visit us. It’s close to campsites so our van camping friends could stay close by. The kitchen and back patio are great. Very short walk to the coastal path, a great cafe and shop right around the corner and pub very close. All while being in a quiet neighborhood. It could not have been better for us. Thanks Trudie, and thanks to Gaynor the friendly neighbor and caretaker.

A great stay and Audrey's communication was brilliant, removing any concerns about arrival. Highly recommended.

Stayed in Diane’s place several times and it’s always been fantastic. Diane is super friendly which definitely a plus!

We had a really lovely time and would stay again. We appreciated that we could just book 1 night for a mini weekend away. Burry Port is a beautiful quiet town with an array of stunning beaches. This isn't an arcade/Beach shop place. We went early spring and it was a perfect break from busy city life.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Percy and David’s place. The house has everything you need and is located in a quiet spot with the beach a 25 min walk away that is easy and beautiful. We loved the fireplace of the house in particular and enjoyed cosy evenings in front of the fire. Percy and David are super friendly and very responsive. We’d come again!
