What can I say, beautiful apartment! It exactly matches the photos and description, provided in every minimum thing, from the kitchen to the dishes, to the small essentials such as oil, coffee, sugar, etc. Very clean and tidy. The apartment is an attic above Tuccia's apartment, so in case you are always available and responsive. It offers an outdoor area with two wonderful terraces where you can relax and admire the beautiful view at 360 degrees! It is a 2-minute walk from a beautiful coastline of 12 km of golden and very fine sand. Great location to visit the surroundings such as Noto, Modica, Marzamemi, PortoPalo.. Tuccia and her husband were very kind right away, friendly and helpful in everything. What can I say, we really hope to see you again and come back to this one in the apartment! Thank you for everything 😊

Really nice apartment, very nice and very clean. The terrace was very useful as we took the opportunity to relax outdoors since the temperatures allowed it. The area is also very comfortable and we have never had difficulty finding parking. Silvia was very specific with the directions and always available. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's apartment. The location is ideal, the view breathtaking and has made our view memorable. The apartment itself was superbly equipped. The kitchen left nothing to be desired (strainer!) and the furnishings were modern and tasteful. Everything was clean and well maintained so we immediately felt right at home. We particularly liked the comfortable mattresses, which have ensured a good night's sleep. The communication with Roberta and Raffaele was great too! Their tips made our stay perfect.

Nice place, clean, kind hosts. It is close to Neapolis and the Basilica, and also about 20 mins of walking to Ortigia. 4 mins of walking to the Interbus bus stop.

a beautiful place within a few minutes walk to a fantastic beach. The apartment is lovely,with plenty of space. The outdoor bathroom is a great addition to get rid of all the sand from the beach. overall a great place to stay.

We slept in the studio, which was as described. Nice bed and clean space. In the kitchen, everything was available. The garden and the pool were fantastic! Beautifully landscaped and well spent time.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Martina and Gabriel’s place is just awesome. Located next to the beach you can watch the sunrise and sunset every day. Equipped with everything you need there are not so many reasons to leave that place! We have been there for a week with our little daughter and would definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for a quiet place at an awesome location.

Steps from the central plaza de avola with easy access to the food, coffee, etc. venues 3 blocks from the supermarket, great location. Maria was super helpful and friendly, very present and predisposed. the apartment impeccable regarding cleanliness and highly equipped, coffee maker, oven, electric rack, washing machine. we were very well received by Maria with a smile and a rich wine. i recommend 100%.

We enjoyed the stay at Francesco's apartment "Julia" very much and would book the apartment again should we travel to Modica again. The apartment is centrally located and yet relatively quiet. The amenities are of high quality and correspond to the photos! The communication with Francesco was impeccable and always very accommodating and the reception by Lorenzo was straightforward and we were quickly helped with questions. Modica is a great city with many good restaurants in the area and many excursions nearby.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. A great second-floor appartment within walking distance of the beach. The appartment has everything you need. Two spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space to stay outside too. Francesco lives below the flat and you are not bothered at all. From minute 1, this appartment felt very familiar. It is clean, logically laid out. I received a warm welcome and departure! The contact prior and during my trip was very good. Thank you for the nice stay and I will definitely come back again!

A super comfortable home with all amenities and super clean. In addition, the veranda with sea view is beautiful. Direct access to the sea with wild free beach .,. The natural dunes create a unique atmosphere with spectacular sunsets. Host Emanuela and her husband are great. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely place with all the necessary amenities and more. The facilities (swimming pool, hot tub and barbecue) we could be used 24/7. Ideal. Apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Roberto and Erik are very friendly and gave us the necessary tips. You have plenty of privacy and with a car there is a lot to discover in the area, or by bike that you could use for free. Definitely recommended!

The apartment was almost as described in the listing with few minor discrepancies, but over all great stay, feels safe and the view from the terrace is nice while chilling in the hot tub. The information about complimentary breakfast and snacks is a bit misleading but we gave it benefit of the doubt and figured it out with the responsive administration afterwards.

WOW, this apartment is a gem, we were lucky to find it last minute and it was still available. Our arrival was running late, but our wonderful hosts said that our arrival time was not a problem and we should just let them know 30 minutes before we arrived, we must of moved it 3 times and every time they were super accommodating. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, showed us around the apartment, the wifi etc... Then the showed us that they already put in the fridge, water, juice and milk. On the table was jams and spreads for breakfast with bread and croissants. The best bit was that they own a farm and brought us some of their cheese for us to eat. It was sooooooo tasty. The apartment was SPOTLESS, I mean like really really clean, I have stayed in a lot of AirBnB's but this was very impressive. The pool is very cool with a huge glass front so you can film yourself like your in an aquarium. We had 2 sun loungers and one of them broke, we messaged the hosts and within 45 min they came round and brought us new ones. Unbelievably good hospitality. The sun was on us from 7am all the way to 8pm, there is shade, but if you are a sun worshiper like us then book this place! You must go to their farm for a meal, I think that they are only open Saturday and Sunday, and make sure you book, we got their at 12.30pm on Sunday lunch, the place was packed, they only had one table spare for us. The food is excellent, real home cooked food. The location of the apartment is great, high up in the hills so the view is stunning. It is in a gated development and very safe. I would highly suggest a car, the walk to town is about 30 min and all down hill, coming back is a steep climb. We would most definitely go back again
