Javier is most deserving of the 'Superhost' rating. His commitment to excellence is obvious in every detail of the apartment and building. Quality pours off of every aspect. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen, pots and pans etc. all quality. The bed and bedding all great. I cannot say enough good things about Javier and his building - impeccable! The location is unbeatable. The main sites and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The parking garage is conveniently located. Javier was very prompt during all phases of messaging. He provided many recommendations. We were late arriving due to an auto problem. He offered assistance if we needed it. Javier waited patiently and greeted us with a smile. Javier found my wife's gold bracelet and returned it. I accidentally entered a restricted traffic zone. Javier took it upon himself to contact the police and explain my error. Hence I was not ticketed. Just a great place. Do not hesitate to book this place if you go to Merida.

Francisco‘s place was in the heart of Merida within steps of Roman ruins, restaurants and vibrant town squares. The place itself was big, open and had everything we needed with all the modern conveniences and was squeaky clean. Francisco himself always replied immediately, made sure we got in and had everything we needed and provided plenty of recommendations. Definitely would stay again.

The apartment is in downtown Don Benito. It is as it appears in the photos. Communication with the host was quick and very helpful at all times.

Very nice cottage, very nice view (beautiful sunsets). Numerous hiking possibilities. Easy access to Cordoba (1/2 hour drive). Amparo welcomed us despite our late arrival and was very nice to us. We would highly recommend it.

I recommend it. Attentive and pleasant host. The house is equipped with everything you'll need. Two separate bedrooms and two very clean bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to the archaeological site and the party area.

This was a fantastic experience, everything was impeccable ! The house was as described and as it was in the photos . The kitchen was super complete and well equipped , the house offers incredible comfort. We felt at home , made friends with locals that even took us to a rural tourism, unparalleled experience. Of all the times I've stayed with Airbnb, this is by far the most attention I've received from the owners. Eva, the accommodation manager, was always attentive to us, before, during and after the booked period. The house is magnificent, despite being in a fairly cold area, it is surprisingly warm. The kitchen is very spacious and has absolutely everything you need for your multi-day stay. The beds and couches are very comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable. The outdoor area, with a swimming pool, barbecue and picnic area, although we could not enjoy it due to the rain, was very comfortable for spending time with friends. The house, for large groups of 10 people like us, is very large so you won't feel overwhelmed at any time. In short, a 10 for accommodation and an 11 for service and information. My whole group of friends was delighted with the accommodation and we will definitely be back soon!
