Beautiful house surrounded by pastures ideal to disconnect and enjoy a few days of rest. The host was always looking out for us. The house is very well equipped. I recommend it above all for summer by the pool, the bbq and the size of the plot.

My family and I were absolutely enchanted by everything, the house the landscape the Wonder of nature, some views that are priceless, I would repeat if I can, David and his father wonderful and formal people the truth I have nothing but positive words, thank you very much for everything!!!!

Cozy house in a spectacular rural setting. We were 12 people and the house had everything you need to have a great weekend: spacious living room, numerous rooms, outdoor pool and jacuzzy (a shame it was very bad weather and we could hardly use them), wood oven, abundant utensils, etc. The beautiful setting. A lost house between mountains with very beautiful landscapes. And if that was not enough, Roko, the neighboring dog liven us up the times we were outdoors. In short, we were very comfortable and eager to repeat.

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. The cottage is truly amazing - we enjoyed the great pool, the house was clean and we had all we needed. Desiree is very friendly and responsive and quickly resolved any questions we might have. We loved the area and made a hike to Castillo de Allendelagua and read the interesting story about the templar knight Camilo de Carbajales. The house is close to the highway which takes you whenever you want to go. I can highly recommend the cottage and thank the host for the hospitality.

A very nice house, close to the beach and a large garden with a barbecue of 10, as shown in the photos. Thank you to Ismael for her kindness and because at all times she was attentive to what was needed!!!

We had a great time at Ana's place, the perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy.

The house and setting are perfect, highlighting the location, tranquility and porch, we had a problem with the drain and the hosts fixed it very quickly, it is appreciated. I recommend!

A lovely house. Lovely big rooms. Extremely clean. So peaceful and lovely and dark at night. A beautiful area to explore with wonderful sandy beaches within 15 minute drive. We will hopefully return.

If you are with a group this is a perfect house between the coast and Bilbao. Very responsive host and as a bonus a heated pool 😉

A house with a lot of character with a nice garden next to a small river . Close to Liérganes and driving distance to the beaches and Santander. Marta is a welcoming and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

Teresa was also very kind to our request for a late check-in since we were very late compared to the agreed time. We were three families and the house was perfect for our group with spaces for everyone.

A spectacular house. To enjoy the scenery and animals. Where one can relax and feel the peace and tranquility of the area. Very close to everything. And with wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back again. Absolutely recommended.

I really can't recommend this place enough! it is absolutely amazing. The house is gorgeous and so well renovated. Amazing attention to detail. The pictures don't do it justice. Udalla is so peaceful, but yet so much to do. Kayaking on the river, mountain biking, hiking..they are all at your doorstep. Plus, the neighbours are so lovely and helpful. I can't wait to rent from Andrea again. Perfect hostess!

Everything was fantastic, the house was as shown in the photos and everything decorated with great taste and care. The area is very well located and connected, but quiet and with intimacy. Marcos and Charo were super friendly from the start, even before arrival, and topped with a magnificent surprise on arrival with a delicious tortilla and a quesada that we enjoyed for days. The house had everything you need and the fireplace stove was in glory. We recommend it 100% and we are looking forward to finding an excuse to return.

Esther's home is perfect for disconnecting from the city. The landscape leaves with its mouth open and the surrounding villages are very nice. We will repeat! Thank you :)

An idyllic place to rest and enjoy the most authentic Cantabria. Horses and cows free graze on nearby lands. The views from the terrace are what it takes to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. Great for going with friends, as long as you're looking for tranquility. Conchi has been very attentive from the first moment. To repeat!!

A very cozy house with everything necessary. Easy access and close to all sites of tourist interest. And the very friendly host. We will repeat.

Really lovely beach house, amazing location right on the shore/bay of Playa Cuberris. Lovely decor, living, sleeping and kitchen all contained in one room in the cabin, separate shower and toilet. outside patio area is also great to sit on, northwest facing so you can take in the sunset (with others on the rock below the house, quite a popular spot). Overall location would be good for beaches up to Santander and down to Laredo if you have a few days. Very helpful proactive hosts.

We were at the house for 8 nights and they were all very friendly and hospitable. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. The environment is enviable, very quiet a couple of kilometers from the village and a few kilometers from the nearby villages with the basic services well covered. An excellent place to disconnect for a few days and recommended to everyone, both family trips (as is my case with 5 members) and in the company of friends. Without a doubt, a great choice to be away from the city and enjoy in the heart of nature.

The house has all the comforts to spend a few days in nature. The outdoor area with barbecue and toys for the children was the best!! If you are going to travel from there to other places in Cantabria such as Comillas or Santander, the trips get a little heavy because the house is too much in the mountain.

We had a wonderful week at this home. A beautiful home to relax in the heart of nature. We went with my three kids and my two dogs, who had a great time! We didn't miss anything. José and Gloria are lovely hosts, who were aware at all times of anything we might need. 100% recommended I hope to be able to return.
