Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Castries

We did not know what to expect as it was our first time visiting St. Lucia. The place was confusing on how to get to because the GPS takes you to the dock which is down the street from the place but wasn’t the hosts fault, however, Myrna and Charles were very quick to help!! They were super friendly as well. We loved the two local dogs that lived there as well, they followed up downtown and it was super sweet. We stayed here our 1st and last night. In between we stayed in Soufriere and Castries. If you are looking for an area with lots of excursions, Soufriere is where you want to go. Laborie is more chill and relaxed! We had a great time traveling around the island. 🏝️

Len's place was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking and inspiring. The house was very spacious for our group of 4 with comfortable beds and cool bedrooms. It was an easy walk to the Sandals beach and Pigeon Island. As others (and the listing) have mentioned, the house is difficult to find and accessible only via a steep bumpy unpaved road. We arrived at night with only the written directions that Len messaged us (house does not appear in GPS). Once we arrived and were able to pin the location, it was easy to get to the house via GPS. I believe Len now has the pinned location to provide to guests. Whatever it takes to access the house, it is worth it for the unbeatable views and comfort.

Our stay at the Nirvana Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking beauty of the villa and the warm hospitality of our host, Randy. He was incredibly helpful, always available, and full of excellent local suggestions. Everything he told us was spot on, and his attention to detail truly elevated our experience. The villa itself is absolutely stunning — no photo could ever do it justice. The sparkling clean interior greeted us with cool, refreshing air conditioning, and we were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and chilled bottled water waiting for us. The panoramic views from the poolside were just incredible — the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of St. Lucia. The grounds were meticulously maintained, and we must give special thanks to Mecollus (I hope I spelled that right!), the kind maintenance person who went above and beyond by bringing us fresh fruit and coconuts during our stay.

We can’t say enough great things about this property, Cosmos, Amanda and the resident dog, Rex!! From the moment I reached out to Cosmos the owner, and let him know we were planning to get married in St. Lucia, he immediately asked how he could help and truly made our stay the best it could be! Him and his team went above and beyond and really made us feel at home and were extremely attentive throughout our stay and answered all questions we had. The home itself is picturesque and a short walk to a quiet little beach that we had to ourselves. It was also the most beautiful backdrop to some pre-wedding pictures we took, and the sunset viewing was unmatched! We look forward to returning, seeing our new friend Rex who we miss, and hopefully reconnecting with Amanda and Cosmos.

We had an amazing stay @ Aly's, it truly is a little jungle oasis in Rodney Bay! I'm not sure you can find anything like it in the area for accommodation, we felt as though we were in our own private lush cottage with private pool. As soon as we arrived we understood why the other reviews mentioned not wanting to leave the property. We spent our arrival day afternoon and mostly complete final day at the airbnb because it was so relaxing and peaceful. Simultaneously it is 5-minutes walking to the beach, to the town with shops and restaurants. So many amazing Roti options within minutes of the stay as well, highly recommend Shirleys, Glorias, or Liz (on the beach) or taking them back & enjoying in one of the many amazing outdoors spaces on the patio / deck / by the pool / etc. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, being surrounded by plant life, the sound of birds, etc - you can't miss this place! Caron and his wife were very kind and attentive during my stay. They have a very detailed menu and the food was delicious and convenient whenever you needed it. There were a couple of days I had early excursions but Caron and his wife brought breakfast at 6am and 730am. The pool was very refreshing and clean.

Had a great stay at Thomas's lovely home perched on a hill with an amazing ocean view. It had pretty much everything we expected: a well equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable surroundings and a great location. Though we had a car rented, Virgie Beach is within walking distance and the tour operators will pick you up. Taxis are reasonably priced. Met Thomas and Phillip and like all St. Lucians, they are great people. One small negative was the dog next door that barked pretty much non-stop including at night, something our host can't control. Thanks! See you next time!

Arletta’s home is in the perfect location to enjoy the town of Soufriere - full of great food and friendly people. It’s also the ideal location for exploring the attractions in area. The Piton hike, sulpher springs, botanical gardens and diamond falls were all within a short drive. Arletta helped us arrange a rental car which was essential to having the freedom to explore the area. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. The A/C in the bedroom was very much appreciated and worked great. Thanks, Arletta, for sharing your lovely home.

Before I decided on Cosea Cottage I read the reviews and was very pleased. After completing my stay I have become just like the others! I love love love this Air bnb! The theme first off made me feel like my getaway had definitely begun! The colors and decor are so relaxing to the mind and easy on the eyes. The apt is spotless clean, location is on point for dining out and being in the heart of St Lucia’s night life. I was easily able to move around from this location. One thing I was wondering is if there was air condition and wasted my wonder as there totally is! This place is beautiful. The host Rachel is professional, friendly and a real Pleasure to deal with. So glad she has important numbers handy as I needed a number on a moment’s notice and it was listed right there! 10 ⭐️ s!

My friend and I loved La Panache. The views were amazing and the pool was the perfect addition to our stay. Dirk was a brilliant host, very friendly and responsive. We felt very relaxed here, highly recommend!

Ellen and Jimmy are prefect Hosts. Everything was like photos. Great outdoor spaces in beautiful garden. Close to two delicious restaurants. Very easy access from Castries airport and town centre. Annett and Martin were wonderful hosts! They were responsive, welcoming and full of great local recommendations. It’s important to us to have our tourism dollars stay in the hands of local people, and Annett and Martin connected us with local guides who made us feel like part of the community. The villa was comfortable and surrounded by nature and breathtaking views. Getting around requires some hiking, but this suited us. Finally, Marigot Bay has a lot of activities to partake in, so whether you want to relax, engage in ecotourism, or experience local cuisine and culture, you will find it here! The snorkelling at Trou Vollant was exceptional, and a mere 15 minute hike away. We left a piece of our hearts in St. Lucia. Thank you Annett and Martin for making sustainable, values centred travel possible 🇱🇨 I hope we meet again!

We visited St. Lucia for the Jazz Festival. Jamie and Carlos were both very responsive to questions and concerns. Their place was pristine and neatly tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood. We truly felt like we were home. On arrival to SLU, we were picked up at the airport by the Driver Nigel. We couldn't ask for a better driver! Nigel was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ALWAYS on time. He took us to and from the festival and also when we just went to hang out down at Rodney Bay. My only complaint about Nigel is that he is a fan of Manchester United and not a Barcelona 🤭 All in all, very comfortable stay, we will visit again!

This was a good, central place to explore the Soufrière area from. The house is clean and comfortable, though it gets hot so I recommend getting the AC (I did not, but if I could go back, that’s the one thing I’d change). Communication with Symeon was good. One thing to note if you’re driving is that the GPS (Google maps) has trouble finding the place, but Symeon provided clear instructions on how to find it. Would definitely stay here again!

Chrissy's Villa was amazing. I was truly able to relax and enjoy staying at "home" at the villa. when staying here, you definitely need to rent a car If you're looking to adventure. if you're just looking to soak in the sun & beauty of saint lucia from a quiet location with private pool and breath taking views this is also the best place to be.

Vickie was a delight. She had island connections that helped my sister and I book excursions that were fully booked. She had a chef connection that came charged $60pp. My sister enjoyed the food I didn’t but that’s my preference. Vicki helped me fill out my travel forms when I was having difficulties and offered an extra checkout hour due to my flight. My arrival flight was delayed and she had a driver waiting for me $45 pp with my name at the airport. Vicki provided adapter chargers because your charger won’t work in st.Lucia. The beds were firm the home was clean. Beautiful vibes. Long balcony with scenery. Nice beautiful hot showers great pressure. Airbnb had ant issue nothing major I didn’t get bit just killed a few. Any issues were handled promptly. There’s notation if ac is left on host will come in to cut it off I believe during my stay that happened because there was a chair in the home that wasn’t present prior. Overall good stay. Vicki was awesome. Id stay again & I miss it

The accommodation corresponds to the photos, the area is quiet with a magnificent view. Gedeon and Cynthia are very kind, welcoming with good advice and very accommodating! We loved our stay in their apartments and recommend this address! Thanks again for everything Cynthia!

We can highly recommend Magdalena's place! Although the room is a bit small for 2 persons you have enough space in the beautiful garden and on the terrace. We enjoyed spending the evenings there listening to the frogs. All was super clean. You can walk to Souffriere or take easily a local bus. Magdalena was always there for a chat or helping with recommendations. You will feel like being a part of her family.

I had a wonderful stay, the flat was clean and just as the photos described. Pamela was very responsive and accommodating. I will recommend this place to anyone.
