Family-friendly vacation rentals in Castle Hill

My family and I loved this place sooo much, the photos didn’t really do justice about the place. The manor is sooo much better than the photos. We felt right at home, it had everything that we needed. Margot recommended some places which we visited during our stay and the kids loved it, especially the park near the dam. Margot is a very responsive host, we had to extend our stay since the kids wanted to enjoy a bit more of the place. This area is very quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back here on our next stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife was in Sydney for a conference at the ICC. The location was perfect. The stay was very comfortable. Geraldine responded immediately when I had questions about the check in. Access to the gym and pool made working out easy on this trip. I would rate my stay 10 out of 10. Would book again for sure.

Great location just off the Corso, super accessible to Manly beach and the ferry to Circular Quay. Kirsti was a super host, always accessible and responsive and helpful. Would definitely return, enjoyed my stay. Also loved the A/C, needed in view of the late summer weather.

Phou’s place was a great location for a group stay, perhaps better set up for groups with couples or for large families (all double beds with makeshift singles) than groups with unrelated adult singles where bunks or twin rooms would have helped. Apart from this, Phou was responsive, helpful, the flat had everything we needed including a crock pot Phou bought for us on request. Very easy to stay there and get around all regions of Sydney as close to multiple train stations and the bus network. I recommend this place for unrelated groups of 4-6, for groups with multiple couples, or for larger family groups where sharing a bed is not a problem.

Such a great place! Wonderful location to visit Sydney. Had an amazing fireworks display over the harbor on Tuesday and Saturday. Pool/spa was also great.

Undoubtedly Eva’s place was the best I have experienced with Airbnb. Eva treated us as her own family, allowed my son and granddaughter to come and join us and enjoy the pool. My 7 year old granddaughter was fascinated with Eva’s cats and they were very friendly with her. Eva was always there when we needed her, was very responsive to our queries and she was really gracious. Definitely I recommend Eva’s place and definitely we’ll come back and enjoy it. We had a fantastic stay that truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was comfortable, cozy, and impeccably maintained—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Luna, the sweet and cuddly companion, was an absolute highlight! She kept us company and made us feel right at home with her gentle affection. It’s clear that Mirva and Paul put a lot of care into making sure their guests have the best experience possible. This is our second time to stay in this cottage…and we’ll be back again! Love the peace, the tranquility, the beautiful view and the sounds of nature. The big spa bath helps a lot too! Perfect location also for our dog to wander and explore - he would just come and go all day - he didn’t want to leave!

Great location, easy walk to the Rocks and Barangaroo. Plenty of space for four adults ,the fans /air con units were appreciated. Harbour bridge view was a treat. Some noise during day from neighbours renovations and the cutaway but quiet overnight. Prompt communication from Suzanna. Local Wilson’s parking close by and reasonable price (for Sydney).

lovely weekend away at Bundeena base . good location to walk to beaches , cafes, restaurants and all the National Parks walks. Hildes place was clean and tidy and spacious enough for us. our dog had a great time too. thanks to Hilde for great communication and local knowledge

Kate's place was exactly like the photos and a great location for what we wanted to do whilst in that region, not to mention the awesome view from the balcony! The only constructive (not negative) feedback was that we took our 4 month old German Shepherd puppy with us and didn't have any actual yard for the dog to roam around, or to do it's business, so were out and about walking the streets at all hours of the night to accommodate our dog requirements. Overall we loved Kate and her home but in regards to being pet friendly, perhaps not an active puppy dog. :-). We will certainly stay at Kates place again, just not with the dog. Thanks Kate!!

Beautiful unit with stimming’s views, so close to the beach we could walk there in less than a minute. Coogee is wonderful, laid back part of Sydney with every restaurant and food outlet brilliant. Danny supplied everything required including beach towels. Place is well appointed, clean, comfy beds, everything you could want in the kitchen. Nice touches like plenty of TP. Will go again for sure.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Cox Cottage. Annette was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the cottage, providing helpful information and its history, including local restaurants on arrival. We found it very quiet and enjoyed walking to the lake or having a drink on the verandah in the afternoons. I particularly enjoyed watching the little wrens in the garden each morning. During our stay we found the cottage to be very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four and two friends. There were plenty of towels, linen etc on hand. They also very kindly provided breakfast essentials for our first night. As we had driven from Queensland, this was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend their wonderful cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay in Terrigal! Beautiful space, great ocean view, and close walking distance to everything. Tim was very responsive and ensured our check-in was a breeze. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend this lovely home!

Petrit is the best Airbnb host I’ve had since using Airbnb. He’s very attentive and personable. Petrit makes your stay feel right at home with many recommendations given, as well as offering gift cards to small businesses within the area. The airbnb listing is in the perfect location being that you’re within walking distance to one of Sydney’s main attractions, Bondi Beach. Also, to note Petrit’s home is located within a 16-20 minute walking radius to the nearest shopping center and metro station that takes you around Sydney. If you’re planning to take holiday in Sydney I definitely would recommend this Airbnb. It’s truly of the best listings Sydney has to offer. You & your friends or family members won’t be disappointed!

Genie was so so sweet as well as her partner, she offered us food, checked up on us. Her family allowed my little cousins to pick flowers & play with their family dog. Felt so safe & comfortable. They helped with putting rubbish into the street bins for us which was so thoughtful & sweet. Some of the nicest people you’ll meet & their place was definitely worth the stay. It’s a good price for a good place.

Could not fault anything about the stay, the place was beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The bed was comfortable which is a must. Would highly recommend. The communication and ease of check in was also great.

We had 6 nice days here. It was very clean and a nice place to be. There is little to do nearby, but this is compensated by the private garden and swimming pool. Gary helped us with tips on what to do nearby. Thank you very much we enjoyed it all!

Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!
