Marta’s place is incredible. The house has real old world charm with modern amenities. The local area is beautiful. Marta is a wonderful host. She even offered us a packed lunch for our onward journey. It has a safe garden for our dogs. The kitchen is very well equipped. We found the bed are really comfortable. We would definitely to stay there again and explore this beautiful part of Spain.

The stay was great,I went with the family to be in Warner Bros for a couple of days and we decided on this place,it looked great in the listing and it was. Everything impeccable and very cozy, there was no lack of a detail,the host at all times was very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure, 100% recommended.

The house was better than what was seen in the photos, the cleanliness was impeccable, we are eight and there was plenty of space, the kitchen utensils were practically new, and our host even had a medicine cabinet. Unbeatable. He also greeted us with a bottle of wine and gave us several recommendations in the area.

The environment, the quality , the distribution, the light and especially the kitchen, ! That kitchen! They make sharing breakfasts with friends become unique moments, unrepeatable sunrises, hard to describe, like most of the good things in this life, it's better to live them than to count them. It's the closest thing to being at home without being your home. Thank you

We had an excellent stay. Mayling’s apartment is in a very nice location, it was very clean and had the things listed. Mayling also went out of her way to get us a cot, even when we had to book very last minute. The apartment is a bit small for having a baby and stroller with you. It is located in a beautiful walkable neighborhood, which is great. Price wise it is on the high end - possibly due to our last minute booking.

Great apartment at a great location! Spacious place, with everything we needed. Quiet at night, but little shops and restaurants were nearby. 15/20 min walk to the city center. Hosts we're vere responsive and friendly. All in all we totally recommend this place and hope we'll be back in the future.

Ideal apartment for our four person weekend in Madrid. Well appointed and impeccable cleanliness. We have moved towards the center with bus number 53 or 74, handy and hassle free. Quiet neighborhood with shops and services on the street next door, C/ Brussels. The host Maribel was very close at all times. To repeat.

The place is great. It is very well located behind the Royal Palace, with collective stops on the corner,and the metro station 3 blocks away. The area is extremely quiet, with squares around...the truth we loved it, and to that it has to be added that the apartment is on the ground floor (no fight for elevator or stairs or anything), it is very spacious, and super comfortable and complete. I also want to emphasize the kindness of Raúl and María,who from the first moment gave us suggestions. It is an excellent place to stay in Madrid and I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy apartment, equipped, located in a quiet and well-connected area. Very friendly host and willing to help with necessary information; facilitates check-in and check-out conditions.

Mariano was super responsive and even helped me with a misunderstanding during the check in at a late hour. His place is in an excellent neighborhood within walking distance to a lot of places. Definitely a good place if you are exploring the city!

The stay was pleasant. The site is as described for our 3 day stay was the necessary. It was my first experience in a tourist accommodation and in Airbnb as a result, it was complicated for me the first steps in the app and with the instructions, I needed to change the reservation and Alfredo helped me. We were very comfortable in Maria José's apartment. It is very cuddly and cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, it is very centrally located, close to all the most interesting places in the city. In winter it is hot, it is nice to return home, it has a lot of natural light and the views of the square are beautiful. María José is a caring and very helpful host. Highly recommended, we enjoyed the stay very much.

This beautiful apartment in the center of Madrid is clean and cozy, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is the most efficient use of space; with every little detail you could think of for your stay. Communication with Nuria was fluid throughout our stay. The property location is very convenient, close to the Gran Via and Plaza El Callao. We would be happy to be back again anytime!

Great apartment in easy walking distance to the major attractions in the city. Clean, pleasant, and well equipped. Free parking in a large lot nearby - but it can fill up quickly. A pay lot with plenty of parking is also nearby. We’d definitely stay there again!

Excellent value - price. The apartment was small but well-stocked. It is seen that Ignacio followed the guide of AirBNB essentials to the letter and was thankful. The morning views from the balcony were very beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Chamartín.
