Beachfront vacation rentals in Castiglione della Pescaia

Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but parking is convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it doesn't get people's noise. In fact. The house is nice and functional. Not too appreciable things: having stayed at the beginning of September the rail traffic increases and you can hear enough in the master bedroom. Until 1/9, the steps were definitely reduced. The shower drains poorly, too bad. But it's an easy problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is blind. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if the guests are numerous. But nothing is really missing in the apartment and Massimo is super available in everything.

Laura and Sergio, a delightful couple who respected our privacy but on hand if required. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything we needed for a short stay. Tge ebtrance had a covered area which idea on a rainey day for my self and dog. The front covered terrace gave veiws of the sea and mainland excellent entertainment watching all the boats and ferrys with beautiful sunrises. Sadly the beach was very small and not clean due to october weather. The carport was a good size and safe. Easy walking distance of the very small town of Cavo, with a selection of Restaurants. Very nice caffe bar close by. Well recommended for a quiet peaceful short holiday..

The place was ready upon arrival as we had agreed in advance. Alessandro greeted us personally and introduced everything. The villa is located a few steps from the city center, but in a quiet area. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The large property around the villa is excellent for dog owners.

The space is simple and gives a basic response to what you need with a view of the bay and a cute yard. Unfortunately, there were no conditions for bathing in the sea. And there was no sense of welcome. We would have expected a more generous giving of basic equipment to use in the kitchen, for guests who come for a few days like spices, salt, coffee oil, etc. The proximity to the city is comfortable and pleasant and allows for both quiet and urban feeling.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

The vacation home is very cozy and medeterian. The rooms are pleasantly cool even without air conditioning thanks to the ground floor and under the shade of the beautiful pine trees. The seating area with BBQ and outdoor shower is brilliant. Beach, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the location in a quiet neighborhood. Parking fenced and away from the street. The private access to the botanical garden is a privilege to find tranquility from the busy beach and use infrastructure such as sun loungers umbrellas and even hammocks between the trees and picnic areas. There is even drinking water. Very nice sunsets! Host very friendly and helpful, reliable and quick feedback via email when booking. Can only recommend the accommodation and felt very comfortable! Only the many mosquitoes were a bit tedious.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

A beautiful spacious apartment with large garden, equipped with all the necessities, ago in a quiet park. Park is close to a cozy city, Porto Azzurro, with many lovely little stores and cozy terraces/restaurants. Friendly owners who responded almost immediately to any query.

Very quiet place in low season, but extremely pleasant. Very large and clean house, too bad for the closed pool (but rightly given the low presence of guests in the structure).

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

Very nice house a short walk to the beautiful public beach. Very nice and always quick contact with the host. Ventilate a little difficult because there is no window with a mosquito repellent.

Our stay at Villa Tina was memorable. Paolo and Laura are very good hosts and we didn't miss anything. Perfect for 2 families. Private beach access. Wonderful sea view. Highly recommend Paolo's place.

As a family of 4, we spent really nice time in Ilaria place. The apartment is located super close to the beach and on the other side just in front of the pine trees wood/park. We can only recommend staying there. Thanks Ilaria for having us!

Pietro was a great host. We were greeted as if we had known each other for a long time. Timely suggestions for restaurants, activities, and things to see. The apartment is clean, tidy, in excellent condition, furnished with style and with everything you need. The location allows you to walk both to the beach, practically ten meters away, and to reach the medieval village in ten minutes. Convenient private parking. Recommended for a relaxing vacation.

It is a cozy apartment, with everything you need. The beach 100 m away is now also private, we went 400 m further towards Tonys beach and it was even more beautiful there. Hosts are extremely friendly and very helpful. All in all we had a very nice time. Thank you
