We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

Marco's house is in a very central area, near Pincetto station. Comfortable for those who arrive by train but also for those who want to avoid the ascent of Perugia, thanks to the presence of escalators and elevators nearby. Fully furnished and exactly as described, as well as super clean! Good communication with the host. Thanks for everything!

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time it turns out to be practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended !

Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Everything is really perfect. Both the apartment and the host above average. Considering that we stayed in 2 adults, 2 girls and a child of two years old, we had a really good time! The space was spacious, well-structured, with all the comforts. Elias was really kind, and all of his advice turned out to be great! If we were to return to Montepulciano, we would not hesitate to go back to him!

We had a great time. The place is very nice, with everything you need breakfast included and very close to downtown. Chiara was very kind and available to recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

Alessandra host gentilissima, She was available and attentive to our every need Apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, true to description The kitchen is perfectly equipped We had to check out earlier than expected for personal needs and we did not have the opportunity to properly arrange the apartment, Alessandra was very kind and understanding even at this time We'll definitely be back

i only stayed one night at Valentina's place, her mother Manuela welcomed us with extreme kindness , she explained everything to us. I absolutely recommend this extremely comfortable apartment and impeccable cleanliness. i stayed with my husband and three very young children, one of whom was an infant and we had a really good time.

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit for us and they left us their phone numbers for any eventuality. When we arrived, we had difficulty finding the place and they were kind enough to be found on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible, and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was kind enough to personally take us to the station when we left. It's very tidy and clean, but a little far from downtown if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by means of transport, available until around 8:30 pm.

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Very well-kept and clean accommodation. Hot tub and sauna is a real treat. Elena is very helpful in providing us with all the necessary directions.

We had a wonderful stay with our children. Very friendly hosts, beautiful property and everything as described. Would very much recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

Fabrizio's place is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the center of Perugia. It's close enough to walk to the university and the central piazza, but far enough away that you get a great night's sleep. Right across the street is an amazing pizza place - I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again. Fabrizio was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on finding his place and getting inside. The only slight downside was the towels were old and mismatched and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I'd still recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, modern space convenient to the central areas of Perugia. We had a great time! Thanks Fabrizio!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

House just over a 10-minute walk to the center of Perugia. A fabulous pastry shop is 5 minutes away, where the host has also arranged discounts for his guests, as well as in many other bars and shops in the city. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he was always available and responsive in communication, he made us find the breakfast necessities and a gift for my partner's birthday. In the house there is everything you need for the kitchen, pots and pans, dishes and also oil, vinegar, salt, coffee... a microwave, a pizza heater, another oven, the gas stove... in short, really everything! What about the fireplace and the fantastic spa area with Jacuzzi, steam room and shower with chromotherapy! A dream! The heaters also work perfectly, which is important if you go in the fall - winter. The house is tastefully furnished, very quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Perfect for visiting Perugia both by car and by foot. Thank you for everything Giuseppe!
