Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

We had a great stay and Antonio is a very nice and pleasant host. Communication was quick and straightforward. I felt very comfortable and the apartment keeps what it promises. Everything you need is available and in great condition. The location in the middle of beautiful Cagliaris again makes it a very authentic experience. Highly recommended!!

Omar's apartment is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and has every amenity to make you feel at home. There are beautiful textiles, baskets, and pottery which give the home a personal touch and local feeling. The location is outstanding. It is a nice walk to Poetica Beach where we saw pink flamingos after crossing the bridge. It is easy to take the bus to the historic center of Cagliari, which is lovely . Omar is one of the nicest hosts we have had the pleasure to work with. I had a problem and Omar came to my rescue immediately. Omar will do anything to help his guests and make them comfortable. I highly recommend Omar's apartment and Cagliari!

From Massimo’s apartment on the Piazza Carmine it’s only a short walk up to the city’s walled quarter with its museums and breathtaking city view, an easy walk in any direction to your choice of bars, cafes and restaurants, or a long but pleasant walk to see the flamingos in the lagoon. You can sit outdoors on the balcony and take it all in or close the shutters and enjoy the quiet and comfort of Massimo’s well-equipped spacious apartment. The elevator in the beautifully restored building is a definite plus during arrival and departure with suitcases. The nearby train station, bus stops, and taxi stand make getting around easy. Massimo was very helpful during check-in and check-out and always quick to respond to any messages. A perfect spot for our week in Cagliari!

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

Cozy and spacious apartment, recommended to spend a few days in Cagliari

Super clean, beautifully decorated, cosy space, great facilities, safe building, the best location in a lovely neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants, train/bus station and the historical area in Stampace. It has everything you could possibly need for one or two people wanting to stay in Cagliari. Erika was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent directions and advice for things that I enjoy doing and seeing. Erika is truly a first class host, very kind, nothing too much trouble, communication was always super helpful, she allowed me access early which was so appreciated, great attention to detail, very welcoming and I could not have asked for more. Thank you so much Erika for making my stay in your beautiful little house so special! Ciao for now 🙋‍♀️☀️

We spent 10 days in Pilar's beautiful apartment as a family of four and we didn't lack anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had a lot of peace and privacy (except for morning, friendly birds chirping). The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves rushing at sunset. The beds were very cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the surrounding area there are very beautiful beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia), in about a 20-minute walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is recommended to do larger purchases, e.g. in Pula. Pilar was always available as a host and super friendly. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for a very nice holiday!

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

The house is exactly as shown in the photo, cared for, new and functional. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, everything is as at home! Very clean bathrooms, large shower. Thanks also to the host who welcomed us and indicated every detail of the house.

We loved staying here ! Incredibly comfy king size bed , right in the pedestrian centre and near the best value place for breakfast and an evening Aperol spritz : Tiffany’s . Our hosts were fantastic and we had all we needed .

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. This lovely appartment has a very, very central location. I would give 6/5 to its location 😉. It is very beautifully furnitured, yet efficiently. It is not big, but has everything two persons can need. The bathroom is modern and very spacious. Thanks to our lovely hostess and her personal touch our stay turned out to exceed all our expectations. ❤️
