This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

Everything went well. Communication to self-check-in went smoothly. Accommodation close to the center and yet quiet. Confectioner in the area, where you don't pay Venice prices for a coffee while sitting, supermarket also good. Price/performance of the room good, Venice is just expensive. Although not in the description, towels were also provided. The only drawback is the somewhat narrow bathroom and small sink.

A narrow Venetian canal is surrounded by charming pastel-colored buildings adorned with flower boxes. The tranquil waters reflect the blue sky, while a small boat is moored nearby, inviting a sense of serene exploration.

We stayed a few days in Rosa's place and it was perfect. Easily accessible, very good communication with Rosa, large, clean, functional and practical accommodation. It is very well located. Very quiet and only a 10-minute walk to Place Saint Marc. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to a vaporetto stop. In short, ideal for a good stay in Venice. I totally recommend this host and place to stay. To be booked without a second thought.

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

A calm bedroom features a spacious bed with a floral-patterned duvet. Soft lighting is provided by wall sconces, alongside wooden beams on the ceiling. A mirrored wardrobe is visible, while a door opens to the adjoining bathroom. Natural light filters through a sheer window covering.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

This place was so perfect for my son and me! The location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and 7 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Lu is such an amazing host, giving us very helpful instructions with navigating the Vaporetto getting there, and then meeting us, plus precisely how to get to the airport, plus she provided wonderful restaurants recommendations and even made a reservation for us, which turned out to be our favorite restaurant we went to on our 3 days there! She was also helpful providing ideas on where to go for New Years and offering to make another reservation for us! The apartment is huge and the 2 bathrooms were so nice to have! I loved the Venetian style! There are 4 flights of stairs but that didn’t bother us at all. I would highly recommend Lu’s place and would stay here again!

We had a very nice time in Barbara's apartment. Barbara and her family are very likeable and friendly. The offer to rent bicycles for the trip to the harbor was great for us. The mix of city and at the same time peace in nature suited us very well. Despite the moderately nice weather, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It was a pleasant stay at Daniela's apartment who welcomed us warmly and took care of us when we arrived. A very clean and functional apartment very well connected a few minutes from the tram to Venice which made it easy for us to get around. Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.

The space is beautiful and looks like the pictures. We found the location perfect, we had a car, but you can walk or bus easily anywhere. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay. The hostess is really great – warm, helpful and always responsive, for which there is a big compliment! The accommodation itself is a bit outdated, but clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location was not particularly exciting for us, especially for children there were only a few possibilities for activities in the area. Overall, still a nice stay thanks to the great hostess!

Very clean apartment, great for families. Close to the beach, has a pool and small snack bar on premises. About a 10 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the ferry in San Marco.

Oasis is the chaos. Plenty of room, great views, extremely quite at night but quick walk to the main sights. Excellent and proactive communication that made arrival and check in super easy after a long day of travel.

If every host were as kind as Alberto, the world would be a different place! He got us hooked up with a taxi from the train station, helped my family get the luggage into the house, and graciously gave us great recommendations (delicious!!) and treated us like we were his guests. He was so helpful when we had an issue, very kind and thoughtful and honestly could not have been nicer. Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay!

It was a very nice stay again. The apartment is well furnished and spacious and the campsite offers everything your (children's) heart desires. In the restaurant you can also go out to eat with children and the supermarket at the campsite can be reached quickly and has everything you need. The package also includes loungers by the pool and beach with a great location. The hosts are extremely friendly, straightforward and help where they can. Highly recommended, especially for vacation with small children!
