We really liked this house in a small Italian village because it is safe and peaceful. Marco sent us clear instructions about location and parking. We also had an accident and Marco helped us change our check-in time and gave us an adapter for the night to charge our phones. Sandra met us in the parking, she is nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to have a rest apartment.

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.

The place is a bit hidden, but Andrea helped us very well with the instructions to find the house. Although we had rain all day, we totally enjoyed the stay because the house is very cozy and gets really nice and warm with the oven. We would have liked to use the outdoor area more but we will definitely come back when the weather is nicer!

The hosts are very friendly and attentive and the cozy accommodation very close to the city center!

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

Beautiful and comfortable house, tidy and clean, immersed in a beautiful park, all in the name of tranquility. Friendly and helpful owners. Car is essential to get around Bologna. The area is well served by public transport but the stops are not convenient to walk to. However, in combination by car+train, in 30 minutes you are in the center.

The house is in a quiet area, easily accessible and with a very convenient road space to leave your car. Cleanliness and tidiness, there is everything you need to live there. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking and the jacuzzi in the outdoor area is very comfortable and a gem for pleasant evening warm bathrooms. We spent two nights and three very relaxing days. The windows of the living room allow you to stay immersed in the greenery that surrounds the house, the garden is well maintained and it is pleasant to spend time when the sun directly illuminates the house, heating the environment a little. Anna Maria was available for all our requests and is a place where we would definitely return if we had to pass through those areas of Tuscany. Thank you
