Fantastic flat - spacious and clean, and the walk to Mondello beach is less than ten minutes. Francesco is also extremely easy to reach.

We stayed in a nice apartment in the center of Porto Empedocle, close to the sea and the main communication road. In the immediate vicinity there is the beautiful valley of the temples and many beautiful beaches.

A very centrally situated top-floor apartment, with a lot of beauties of Palermo accessible by foot. Mind that the apartment is in a ZTL!

Dario’s apartment is located on the doorstep of the busy Vucciria market. It is about a 5 minute walk from the Quattro Canti. There are many markets, cafes, restaurants and bars around. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen. The wifi and air conditioning work great. The apartment felt safe and has sound proofed windows. Dario and his friend Valentina were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. Communication with both of them was prompt and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. The host provided bottled water, Sicilian biscuits, plenty of recommendations for local things to do and places to eat and even ear plugs in case the busy street nearby would disturb us. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Palermo.

The apartment was neat and clean It had just what we needed for our week stay. Stefano picked us up at the airport and Alberto met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and gave us a tour of the neighborhood. He gave us all the information we needed to get around Palermo. The apartment was in a great location for getting around. We could get to Mondello beach and downtown Palermo within 20 minutes on the bus which was very easy to navigate. The local beach was also right across the street, as was a coffee shop, and geleteria. There was also a bakery next door with amazing brioche. The only down side we found, was that there were only 2 restaurants within walking distance and the closest grocery was about 1km away.

it was a nice house. despite having read and being afraid that it would be a noisy location we were not bothered by it at all!

The place is really amazing for those who love peace and quiet this is the right place. Everything is well maintained and beautiful. You are in the heart of a mansion. The apartment is well planned and there is no feeling that the apartment is small, what is more that if the weather is good you can take advantage of the beautiful yard and enjoy quietness and the birds. One thing to improve WiFi quality. Other than that everything is great

All as described. Arrived 4 hours earlier than expected and got direct recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. All perfect.

Very clean and well-kept accommodation (exactly described by Giuseppe), equipped with all comforts and over-accessory (also outside the accommodation), is located in a residential complex near the beach . Giuseppe was very kind and provided information and tips that were very useful. Beach within walking distance (about 150 meters) We'll be back in the spring
