Simply perfect! The view is surreal and you can see the sea from both the bedroom and the underside of the house. Excellent location! 5min drive to the villa and it is super well located to see both the north and south of the island. Flávia is to be congratulated on the site, sure to be the first of many times I will visit your place!

Being in this space, in this house, gave me many reflections, and one of them, is today, to be able to enjoy possibilities that life proposes to us. Jeannine (host) and Luciano (homemade), were sensational. No mosquitoes (we were in 4 adults) and no one felt; No loud noises or songs; No conflict with barbecues or common spaces; Everything equipped and practical. Falo without a doubt: it is a paradise on Earth.

Our wonderful house with a breathtaking view! On the first day I couldn't even sleep enjoying the view and noise of the sea that you can see and hear from the bedroom balcony! Very neat house, with many details, all the utensils necessary to ensure the convenience of the guests, provided a perfect weekend of family rest, including my pet who loved the place! In addition, Gisele is super attentive and polite! We were truly amazed at everything!

We had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Sonia's hospitality made all the difference, always very attentive and present in the details. A special treat was the warm bread rolls in the morning, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.

House for those looking for quiet in Ubatuba. It is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, there is a waterfall passing on the property: you will sleep with the sound of it. The house is on a dead end street. Super quiet. Super attentive host. They picked us up at the beach hard market that is on the highway to take us to the house.

My family and I feel at home , the house is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable, clean , the kitchen has all the necessary items. The condominium is delicious, the children had a lot of fun in the pool and playground. the air-conditioning in the rooms ensured our quiet nights of sleep. And of course, the host Mauro was super polite, he answered me whenever I had questions, gave me hints about the location. We love everything.

The space matches the listing 100%, it was a great stay and even though it was during the week, Felipe and Carol were always available. The only point of improvement is air circulation, I think there was a lack of some air inlet/window on the opposite side of the space's entrance.

Mr. Georges is Vitória They are extremely helpful, kind, all we need to respond quickly, on the women's day Vitória went to the house to greet us and took a box of chocolate, we were delighted! The house is charming, much better than the photos, a beautiful view, the space integrated with the barbecue, swimming pool and the house are wide, airy! All very clean, everything we need had in the house. We're already planning to come back!

We had a great stay, we intend to return soon. The house is in a great location for those who like tranquility and at the same time enjoy bars and restaurants. Easy to access beach!! They offer additional services such as cleaning of rooms and bathrooms and also serve breakfast and lunch with great cost and benefit. Certainly my new vacation home. Gratitude to Carla for all the support, referral and communication from check-in to check-out. And to the caretakers Geovana and Elivelton who were super attentive to my family. The place clean, spacious, very helpful host, there was no sheet and she went to get it promptly, the point to be improved is the parking lot that sits a vehicle in front of the other, so stay tuned, it didn't bother me because my car got in front. I would easily stay again

Our experience in this summer house was truly charming. The condominium where the property is situated looks like a living painting, a small village stuck at the foot of the majestic Serra do Mar. The house, in turn, exceeded all expectations. She perfectly met the announced requirements: clean and airy, equipped with quality utensils and organized in a practical way to welcome guests. The care in every detail is noticed, from the cozy decor to the functional layout of the rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

The cottage is lovely! It lives up to the photos. There are people who live in the chalets next door, but they didn't bother us, they gave us directions, tips and helped us. Evaldo is helpful, he helped us a lot. The space is clean, has all the necessary utensils, clean and good bed and bath linens. The double bed is made of foam. It is an accommodation that requires a vehicle to go to the beaches (if that is the intention) as it is a little far from the center, but it was not a problem for us, we like to be more relaxed. I'll be back to the space and I've already recommended it.
